Even though the hotel presents itself as a luxury, 5-star hotel, it’s true rating is barely 3 stars. First of all, the rooms’ appearance has little to do how they were presented on the pictures in Booking. The rooms have a smell of old wetness, the carpets in the halls need to be replaced asap. All the furniture is very old. The beach is spacious and offers a lot of sun beds, however, it was never clean due to the limitless availability of soft drinks right next to the beach. The biggest disappointment was the food options. Half of the food was spoiled or not fresh (fruits, vegetables, cheese,meat and fish). The coffee tasted horrible. If you want to have a decent one, I recommend to get one from the coffeshop in the beach area. The only actually nice thing was the hotel’s staff: personell was always friendly and helpful. All of the mentioned above would be bearable if the price of the stay would not be the exactly same as of the actual 5-star hotel in Antalya/Kemer. Be careful while choosing this hotel and do not set your expectations too high. ‼️ Update: soon after publishing this review, I was contacted by the hotel staff who wanted to discuss our concerns and offer a possible solution. We were happy to see that the team gave a quick reaction to the issue and was open to finding a compromise to the situation. As we decided to leave the hotel and spend the rest of our holiday in another hotel, we asked the management to refund money for the days that we would not spend in the resort as planned. They agreed to do so if the third party would give their approval to that. After a while, the hotel confirmed that the money will be returned. However, we still have not received the promised amount. It is hard to say whether it is the fault of the hotel or the third party site (through which we booked the stay), nevertheless, it is important for us to describe our experience in the online community.
Hello, we are staying in Akka Alinda hotels right now. I would like to express my sincere thanks and respects to the personels everywhere here. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the bellboy, Melih, welcomed us so nicely and was so helpful that we felt right at home, surrounded by acquaintances. In pool bar, especially to Mr Mahmut and Mr. Batuhan. They have met all our requests with great devotion and sincerity. Mr Batuhan's coctails are so perfect that It's no difference from the quality and delicious taste made in the most exclusive clubs abroad. Personel sincerity and positive enegry with smiling faces is every here. The food and alcohols are perfect, too. You can't find such an enormously nice service in any other country than Turkey's such qualitative hotels. In restaurant, our breakfast and lunch are so pleasant and relaxing thanks to Masal. She prepares our iced water as soon as she sees us. We love Gülşen, who coaches us in sports activities in the entertainment team and brightens our day with her energy. Watching her dance is also wonderful. Morning activities with Leyla are also very enjoyable. Thank you all guys!
We loved it. Stayed with the family, 2 adults & a 6yo for a week and can’t find a fault in this place. It’s clean and comfortable, good pool and a clean beach, plenty to do for the child - pool, water park, kids’ club where they come up with great creative activities so you can actually enjoy a cocktail or a spa (why not both) knowing your kid is having fun in a safe environment. Also, the cat sanctuary is sweet, we went to say “hi” to the cats every day :) Great food and drinks, varied menu plus snacks/ice cream/pastries available throughout the day. Turkish desserts especially are mind-blowing, seriously, you should pack an extra stomach just for that because it’s impossible to stop eating them! Last but not the least, very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Whenever we needed help it was provided at once and they would follow up on it to check if everything was solved satisfactorily. Wonderful people and great professionals. You feel this place takes care of you.
Evening shows are amazing, entertainment crew is super fun(especially Leyla, Ozkan, Fatih), barmen Alper makes the best drinks! The hotel staff is very pleasant and the food is very good, especially during lunch. The pool activities are also very fun!
We stayed at Akka Alinda Hotel in April as a couple and were absolutely delighted with our experience! We would especially like to highlight the food: everything was delicious, diverse, and of a very high standard. Every day we found something new to enjoy, with great desserts and fresh ingredients. The service was simply fantastic. The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would like to give special thanks to Sabiia at the reception — very attentive, friendly, and professional. Also, a big thank you to the bartender Haci — a wonderful person, always smiling and making our stay even better! You can really feel that the hotel cares about its guests and pays attention to every detail. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again!
