Nice hotel, not too far from the beach. Stayed here for one night. In the morning at 7 I went to the gym. All water spenders were empty. Couldn't drink anything. Went to breakfast literally at 7:55 (5 minutes early) asking if I could drink something. The girl refused and told me to wait in the back until 8. The water was already prepared... Then another woman came while I was waiting and asked me if I need help, I told her that her colleague refused me to get water that was already prepared. She just asked me to leave. That all was at 7:57 (3 minutes before breakfast starts). Very poor communication. The staff is very poorly trained there and I didn't feel appreciated at all. Having empty water spenders around the hotel is also not very professional for a spa hotel. I believe the hotel is okay, but never had I such a negative experience in a hotel.

Really lovely kid-friendly resort and spa. We booked underground parking in advance and it was clean and safe. We stayed in a very spacious family room that was equipped with baby bath, baby high chair, toddler step stool and training potty seat. The children’s play room was large and nicely stocked. The restaurant was tasty and breakfast had loads of options. Highly recommended.

Amazing, but some issues I noticed. I did ask room for 3 people. We did it. Sofa wasn't very comfortable for the 3rd person. There should be some bottles of water in the room . The shower was leaking. Once we hadn't cleaned the room. Overall, it was great. Breakfast was a great choice. Service excellent. Reception is very good organised. The swimming pool was great. Very good look after and good sense of humour both men's look after Swimming pool. Wet sauna was great. Dry sauna was great. And hydromassage by Swimming pool what a great idea. Superb. I did use a lot of it. People working there they are very dedicated, very helpful, very hard workers. Well done. I will back there. Location, great and quiet, is by the beach. Thank you for your service.

Very nice place, short walking distance to the beach. The hotel staff is very accommodating, everything is clean and nice. There is a big pool area with separate spa for sauna and steam bath.
