We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Grand Hermitage. Everything was clean, well organized, and very well looked after.
The pools were always spotless, and it was nice to see that the water temperature was monitored regularly. The gardens and all the outdoor areas were beautifully maintained, which made the whole resort feel relaxing and welcoming.
The staff deserves special thanks. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We were especially impressed by how much attention they gave to children. There were games, activities, and entertainment throughout the day, so the kids were always having fun.
The food was another highlight. There was a great variety of dishes every day, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious.
We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation. We hope to come back again!
Erityiskiitokset viihdetiimille: Stenly, Toni, Eva, Bob, Miko, Joana, Miro, Mitko, Daniel, Denis, Gaby, Poli, Katy, Šary, Saši, Eli, Vicky. Olitte aivan fantastisia!
We have just returned from a family holiday (2 adults and 1 child) at Melia Grand Hermitage, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay.
From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff were always friendly, smiling and happy to help. A special thanks to the bartenders – they were fantastic! Many of the employees speak Polish, which made communication very easy and made us feel even more comfortable. It’s clear that the hotel values its Polish guests, and it seemed that Poles were the largest group of visitors during our stay.
Our room was cleaned every day, and the view from the 7th floor overlooking the Black Sea was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning was something special.
The food was tasty with plenty of options. The only small downside was that after several days it became a little repetitive, but the quality was consistently good.
The hotel offers lots of activities for both children and adults, so everyone can find something to enjoy. Whether you want to relax by the pool or join the entertainment, this is a great place to spend your holiday.
We truly had a wonderful time here and would happily come back. We highly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage to families with children looking for a place where they can both relax and have fun.
Obvious this place is not a 1/5*, but for our full stay there was a huge problem. If you want to go to the beach/seaside there are 2 roads. One in the middle, next to the scene, the best one, but if you want to leave it was locked, during our whole stay. All day long. The other exit, the main one, that leads exactly to Melia beach has 2 pairs of stairs and if you are with a stroller/wheelchair good luck carrying it.
