This was easily one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had.
The hotel was simply dirty. Cleanliness seems to be a very low priority here, and the overall condition of the hotel was unpleasant.
The food was awful. Breakfast was made even worse by the fact that people were smoking right next to us in the outdoor dining area, so while trying to eat, we had cigarette smoke blowing directly in our faces.
The attitude at reception was just as disappointing. The staff barely acknowledged us and showed very little interest in helping or making us feel welcome. There was no sense of hospitality whatsoever.
The biggest problem is the overall feeling of the place: you are not treated like a guest, but simply like another tourist passing through. Take the money, provide the minimum, and move on to the next guest.
A hotel should make you feel comfortable, welcome, and taken care of. This hotel managed to do the exact opposite.
We definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the food was good with enough variety. The swimming pools were also clean and well maintained, making them a great place to relax during the day.
There were also plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the stay. Tillya and Gigi did a great job organizing some of the activities and keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable without making it feel forced.
The hotel also had a nice overall atmosphere, with plenty of areas where you could sit, relax, or spend time with friends and family. Everything was generally well organized, and there was always something to do if you didn't want to just stay by the pool.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The facilities, pools, food, staff, and activities made the stay enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Good Stay with Nice Pool View, but Food & English Need Improvemen.
Pros:
Staff: Very friendly and helpful.
View: Great pool view from the balcony. Perfect for watching the kids.
Location: Quiet and beautiful area, though not very developed.
Cons:
Rooms: Relatively small.
Language: Staff speaks very weak English. Communication was mostly difficult.
Food: Repetitive and far from Eastern flavors. Serves a lot of pork, which is a big issue for those who do not eat it.
However, you can still manage.
Summary: A good choice for a quiet family stay, if you can adapt to the food and language barrier.
Great for kids, decent value, but definitely stuck in the ’80s 😄
We stayed here from August 23-27 with our extended family: 8 adults and 7 kids, across 4 rooms.
The location is excellent: just a short walk from the beach and promenade, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful.
The rooms, however, are another story. Clean and reasonably maintained, yes - but seriously outdated. Think 1980s hotel room: huge old wooden wardrobe, dated furniture, an okay mattress, and pillows that felt like the cheapest ones you’d find in an IKEA sale. 😅
The food was average overall. They seem to have a real love affair with oil and butter - most dishes were quite greasy and not especially flavorful. We had one genuinely good dinner, but the rest was somewhere between average and below average. Luckily, the pizza station saved the day — the pizzas were actually OK
For the kids, though, this place was a success. Our children, aged 3–12, absolutely loved the pools, water slides, game room and, of course, the ice cream station by the pool. They had a fantastic time.
The staff were very friendly, always smiling and genuinely trying to help, which made a big difference.
Overall: the kids had an amazing holiday, while the adults enjoyed it… a little less. 😄 Still, for the price, the value was perfectly reasonable.
Would I come back? Definitely not.
Did I enjoy the trip? Surprisingly, yes.
Then again, give me a beach, edible food and good company, and I’ll probably be happy almost anywhere. 😎
Very good value for money. Service is excellent rooms are clean. Recommended for families.
