Kumppanini ja minä vietimme 7 yötä Remisens Hotel Albatrosissa, ja olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä kokemukseemme. 😊
Sijainti on täydellinen, sillä hotelli on kivenheiton päässä rannasta.
Very clean and organised hotel. Comfortable rooms/beds. Had mini fridge and tea facilities. Always got fresh towels each day. Large buffet selection and good quality/standards. Location was very good. Not a lot nearby, you need to walk 15-20 mins but it was on the better beach the where ever you walked. Beach stones though so highly recommended taking water shoes. Hotel offers pool/beach towels. Drinks all day but no outside pool bar was only annoying thing as had cover up to get drinks.
Reception was available and friendly.
Wouldn’t stay more than a few nights though with children (I had a 6 year old) as nothing to do other than pool, beach, walks or expensive day trips! Excellent location for adults or teenagers though. As they ok long hot walking etc. But there was still a lot of families with young child there.
Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Albatros in Croatia was very disappointing, particularly considering the price we paid.
The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but based on our experience, we would personally rate it closer to 2 stars. The overall standard of service and facilities did not reflect what we would expect from a 4-star hotel.
The hotel’s description stated that guests had free access to the beach, but upon arrival we discovered that access was subject to an additional charge. This was particularly disappointing as it did not match the information provided when booking.
We were also concerned that the main entrance was left open, allowing people from outside the hotel to enter the premises. This reduced the sense of privacy, security and exclusivity we expected.
The all-inclusive experience was also well below our expectations. There was no music or entertainment around the pool, and the selection and availability of drinks did not feel consistent with what we would expect from an all-inclusive 4-star hotel.
Considering the overall quality of the facilities and services compared with the price paid, we feel the hotel offered very poor value for money.
Sadly, this was a very disappointing stay. In our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star property, and we would not recommend it or stay here again
We were close to cancelling our booking after reading some of the bad reviews, we’re really glad we decided to go after all.
There is some normal wear and tear here and there if you look closely, but the hotel was very clean, which is what matters most to us.
The food was also much better than we expected. There was a good variety, the quality was really good, and there were plenty of whole-food options. For us, the all-inclusive was better value than eating out at the restaurants nearby.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was always someone available when we had questions or needed help.
I’ve seen people complain about the price, but Croatia is expensive in 2026, and the hotel is right by the beach and very close to the airport, so I think the location is worth taking into account.
Overall, we had a really nice stay and are very glad we didn’t cancel!
