Overall nice hotel with some good facilities such as mineral pools, Spa area and beach sun beds/umbrella. Nice touch is that you have beach towels available during your stay. Daily cleaning and good location, though the beach is within 5 minutes walk. The hotel also offers free transfers to the beach at a schedule. The biggest dissappoinment came with the food at this hotel. The quality of it being as a 1 star hotel. The presentation, taste and quality of it being untollerable. We used HB and on the second evening I felt terribly sick to the stomach with vomitting and etc. Never went back to the dinner at this hotel. Breakfast did not impress either. This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel....and maybe it was 10-15 years ago. Currently it is shabby and the quality of food and service is very low. I would not recommend it nor would I be a reoccuring customer.
One of the most relaxing stays we’ve had in a very long time. Room was lovely and big with both a pool view & seaview. Food was really good and plenty of choice too. The shuttle golf cart thing departs from just over a bridge nearby and it does save you a 700 metre walk in the sun. Whilst there is a Therma bar and sunbeds area, the free all inclusive bar is actually opposite. Nicely laid out garden, pool & spa areas.

I loved this place. My daughter came to a skating camp here. My wife and I tagged along to this hotel. Don’t expect American standards. It’s hard to compare because things are so different in Bulgaria. People are also very direct, very different culture here. It is a very nice hotel and everyone is friendly and tries their best. This is mainly a sports training camp/hotel. The beaches are clear and calm, the staff is wonderfully accommodating. They try their best to give you the best experience. The food was good and there was a lot of variety. There are two hotels at this place to stay at. Therma Palace and Therma Village. If you want to be with the kids stay at the Village. If you want quiet parents time, stay at Therma Palace. The Palace has an old time Hollywood boutique feel, like it’s trapped in time. The Village is much bigger and has a more modern feel. Both have wonderful mineral pools. There is also a lot of nature in addition to the sport camps. The lady at the Palace Front desk, Irena was amazing. She knew everything and did her best to make your stay wonderful! My wife and I loved our stay. We will be back as soon as we can find more time. 6/16/2026 We are back for another stay. My wife and I love this place. Since it’s our second year we have more insights. The two things we love most about this hotel are the staff and the surrounding nature. Irena was just as helpful as last time. They offered to make us breakfast because they thought we were leaving early. Last time they opened up dinner for just the two of us even though it was 1 hour after they closed. Such wonderful staff. Another thing we noticed was how quit it is here. At night the frogs sing us to sleep, as the sun rise, it transitions to birds singing. No sound of cars or people. It’s amazing. If you want to get away from it all I highly recommend it here.
It's been 3 days since a hotel employee has been mowing the grass with a moto scythe every day. The noise is terrible. I recommend they use an electric scythe so we don't feel like we're on a construction site. Smoke and noise
