A bit mixed tbh. We got wristbands on arrival which was nice and appreciated but on checking out, wristbands were cut off. I understand there should be an off/on point. They wanted 20 euros/person for food and drink. It was cheaper going to Mulligans outside. Room was fine, cleaned regularly, I think the bed sheets could've been changed more. Loved the kitchenette. Deposit for the remote and towels was a little off but we got our deposit back with no problem. The snack bar wasn't very well advertised. 12 or 1pm? Food. Mexican night was the best by far. Nice big juicy ribs and beef to make fajitas. Along with nachos and a cheese sauce. Evening meals, usually something we could eat except the lasagne. What was that? I much preferred the vegetable one and i eat meat. Skip the pasta, it's cack. Otherwise, you can find something. Breakfast very good. Cooked English along with continental, very good. (Sausages especially) Very strict around the pool. No diving, no food, no smoking, no toys, balls etc. It's their ruls so 🫤 although they did allow drinks which is also not allowed. So our thoughts, ok hotel, great location for the beach and Maspalomas and a good pool. Great staff that smiled with my very bad Spanish but seemed to appreciate it.. Would we stay again? Possibly. Ps, sunbeds getting busy so you need to be down 8.30 to 9am to get towels on.
Nice hotel for the price you pay, rooms were clean and the food was fine for an 3 star all inclusive. Although the AC in our room was not great but good enough to cool us down. There are a lot of different activities to do all day think about pooling, swimming activities and bingo etc. Room will get cleaned everyday. The only set back for me we’re the super slow elevators.
Went as one adult and one child and after reading the mixed reviews was sceptical however we really enjoyed ourselves. Pool big and clean, even a smaller one for children, entertainment during the day limited but did say this when I booked so tbh I got what I paid for. Food was average not spectacular but again edible and variety of foods, snack bar open as an alternative more for children or “ fussy “ eaters I’d say. Bar area was clean and self service for soft drinks and ice cream which again I thought was fair for the price. Location was ideal for both night life if you wanted it or even just a stroll away to beach and markets Entertainment of the evening was a variety of bingo , circus acts , acrobats/dance which I thought was ideal for families despite a lot of mixed reviews again in regards to not having much for children I thought it was ideal, no kids club but enough to make your own entertainment, beach a walk away, markets, arcade games , crazy golf. Staff- found the reception helpful a lady that helped us out ( can’t remember her name sorry!) dispute cutting wristbands off at midday check out was offered a voucher for lunch as arrived late on check in day. Bar staff I believe show name was “ oskar” was easy to talk to helpful and efficient. Thank you! ☺️ Rooms- basic but clean and tidy had everything we needed , a little noise due to the karoke from Irish bar underneath but found that okay, didn’t hear much from midnight but also peak season so I expected a little bit of noise Nice little stay actually thank you! 🙏
We really enjoyed the location of this hotel — it’s right in the heart of everything, which made getting around very convenient. We stayed in a family room, which was a good size and comfortable overall, though it could benefit from a bit of refreshing. The bathroom in particular feels like it’s due for an upgrade. The hotel seems to attract mostly guests aged 60+, which meant the atmosphere was generally quiet, calm, and felt safe. However, families with active kids might feel slightly out of place — we did notice around the pool area that energetic children weren’t always appreciated by some of the older guests. The pool itself is clean, well-maintained, and clearly popular. It’s well attended and managed, which we appreciated. One thing to note is that the hotel feels quite money-focused — almost everything beyond the basics comes at an extra cost, so be prepared for add-ons. We visited towards the end of February and the hotel was fully packed, which says a lot about its popularity even outside peak summer months. Overall, a centrally located, calm stay — just with a few small areas that could be improved.
The location its self is really good lots of bars restaurants and 5 minute walk from the beach . 99% of the staff are nice especially the cleaners who are really kind and helpful .the life guards however aren’t the greatest and get petty over little things such as floats in the pool . The food isn’t the best and it’s the same pretty much everyday but I suppose that’s what you get for the price.Theres lots of hidden costs such as 5 euros for the tv remote pay extra for ice creams /lollies beside the pool not very ‘inclusive’ in my opinion. There are quite a few elderly people who as I could see didn’t appreciate kids jumping in the pool . Not to much entertainment for children there so not great for a family with children .
