Some of the reviews are definitely a lot worse than reality. My partner and I stayed here for a weeks holiday. When we arrived to the hotel, we were told our room was not ready due to a “cleaning issue” and a lovely gentleman walked us to their sister hotel which is down the street. We came back at midday the following day and our room still wasn’t ready and we were dealt with by quite a rude receptionist. We finally got our room around half 2, but we didn’t have towels until the following day, again due to a “cleaning issue” - no apology was made about the room or towel issue. The food is okay. The staff are generally polite. The all inclusive ends at 9pm which is rather early I think. BUT the hotel is in an amazing location! The waterpark right across the road was £20pp for entry and lunch! The beach is a 2 minute walk. The cable cars the same. There’s so much to do in the area!! But it is a 2 hour drive from Antalya airport!
Aruzhan at reception was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and kindly. The hotel is a good place to stay, especially because of the friendly service.
Great location near the beach and the city. Clean comfortable room, but no view from the balcony. Wifi costs extra, but in the lobby it's free and worked well. All inclusive food was ok. Bar closed already at 9 pm. Very good value for money, nothing to complain about. Special mention to personnel. They were great, all very nice and friendly. Thank you!
We had a good experience at this hotel. A special thank you to Aruzhan at the reception. She was very helpful and welcoming from the beginning of our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and made us feel comfortable. Very good customer service!
I had a great vacation at here, the food was good, and the cleanliness was adequate. The hotel's location is very close to all the sightseeing spots, and I had so much fun. Nursena was a great receptionist she always helped me 💗
