A very good hotel with a private beach and 3 pools and a very pleasant atmosphere that will delight you. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the minibar in the room is charged for free every day. The staff is nice and professional. Our check-in was very quick, and we could have checked in at 2:00 PM, and since we arrived at 10:00 AM, the receptionist said, "You are our guest for breakfast." We had a wonderful week at this hotel.
We had a really nice stay at this hotel and overall enjoyed spending our vacation here. The territory is large, green and very pleasant, with plenty of shade and almost no steep areas, so it’s easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not that spacious. Housekeeping was regular, the minibar was refilled, and the staff were always polite and helpful. The food was very good and varied, with plenty of meat, fish, seafood and themed dinners. There are also several bars, a snack bar, ice cream and a nice coffee shop with desserts. The beach was one of our favorite parts — very clean, with warm water and a nice pier. The pools and water slides were also good, although the slide area could use a bit more supervision since adults and children use the same space. There are daily activities and evening shows or themed parties, and the hotel also has a SPA with free hammam and sauna. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable holiday. A few small things could be improved, but nothing that affected our experience. We would happily stay here again.
We are staying at this hotel with our family and we are having a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an absolutely amazing place, surrounded by so much greenery and trees that you truly feel like you are in an oasis. The sounds of nature are incredible and create a very relaxing atmosphere. Our child loves everything here and is enjoying every moment. The variety of food is huge, and there are even more delicious dishes to choose from. Even though the weather is very hot, the trees provide natural shade, which makes it possible to spend a long time outdoors comfortably. The swimming pool water is very warm and pleasant. Tomorrow we are planning to try the sea for the first time, and we are really looking forward to it. Thank you for such a beautiful and peaceful place for a family holiday!
Very disappointing service I am currently staying at Baia Salima Kemer, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the overall service quality. The biggest problem is the lack of service. In many areas of the hotel, including the bar and especially the areas with evening entertainment and live music, there is practically no table service. Guests are expected to queue and get their own drinks. In my experience, the service quality is far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard, and compared with hotels in Lara, it is significantly worse. There have also been issues with basic room service. The shower gel in our room was empty for three days. I deliberately waited, expecting the housekeeping staff to notice and refill it, but nobody did. Eventually, I had to contact reception myself and ask for it to be replaced. The one thing I genuinely have no complaints about is the food. The food quality is good, and I think the kitchen deserves credit for that. Unfortunately, good food alone cannot compensate for consistently poor service. These may seem like small details individually, but when they happen repeatedly, they make the overall experience feel careless and poorly managed. At the moment, while I am still staying at the hotel, I can honestly say that this is one of the hotels with the worst service experiences I have had. The hotel may have some positive aspects, especially the food, but the service quality seriously needs improvement.
We stayed here at the end of September 2026. The hotel pleased us with its grounds—they are large and green. There is plenty of space for walking, you can have a picnic, or sit on the grass. There are many places to sit and relax. The rooms are located in villas, with several rooms per villa. We were lucky with a good villa; it was quiet and peaceful. The room was not large, but everything was fine. The coffee table and the box above the fridge were peeling and showed signs of wear, but this did not bother us. Cleaning was done every day, linens were changed regularly, and the minibar was restocked. The cleaning was done well. The food in the restaurants was good and tasty; there was variety. Dinners were themed by country (Mexico, Italy, Turkey). The desserts were delicious. If you come to breakfast right at the start at 7 AM, the stations where they prepare omelets and waffles in front of you may not be open yet; you have to wait a while, but there are alternatives. The snack bar was also a pleasure—there was pizza, burgers, fries, doner, and a pasta bar. Overall, the food was all good. We don't drink alcohol, so I can't say anything about it. Other drinks were good. On the grounds, there is a coffee shop where you can order various types of coffee, including from an espresso machine. There is also a coffee kiosk. The beachfront is not large, but we were comfortable. There are large stones in the sea, which can be inconvenient, but if you go closer to the pier, there are almost none. In general, I would recommend relaxing on the pier, but you need to reserve spots early in the morning—by 7 AM, there are almost no places left. All the staff are very friendly and know several languages. Everyone is responsive and helpful. I would especially like to mention the guest relations employee; he always promptly helped us with our questions and asked about our stay. Unfortunately, we didn't find out his name. For example, he was working on October 30, 2026. Overall, the impressions were good, and we found almost no downsides for ourselves
