My partner and I booked a weeks getaway here, thought it would be relaxing and a chance to get some rest. The rooms are okay, we were told we were given a side sea view room but it was just facing other guests rooms. The balconies are nice enough. Food is bland, repetitive and for an all inclusive, not that much choice. If you’re not there at the start of serving time for the buffet, there won’t be anything left. There were queues so my partner and I waited, when we went up 15 mins later, there was nothing left. Nothing was replenished. Staff would be cleaning and that was that. Due to hygiene and lack of food, we ended up eating out pretty much everyday. Hygiene was a massive concern at this hotel; and one of the main reasons we didn’t eat here after the first day. They keep dogs and cats at the hotel, not strays, but they actually keep them. Fair enough, however, whilst eating, cats would casually jump on guests or on tables pawing at your plate. Meaning guests would frequently have to go make another plate. The incredibly large dogs would also make their way into the dining area during food service times, licking and eating anything that came their way. Guests would complain to staff, who didn’t really do anything. A guest near me said she had allergies and they did nothing to remove the animals. Moreover, whilst food was being cooked and prepared, the cats and dogs were seen lounging and resting where food would be served. Major concern! The beach was okay, despite not being a massively busy time, it was incredibly hard to find a sunbed as there were so many strays! I realise Turkey has lots of stray dogs, but the hotel next door didn’t have this problem as staff kept dogs strictly out of the premises. I didn’t mind the dogs, but there were so many, that there was no space for people to lounge or sit. Again, the hotel next door; we’re on top of this and they did not have that issue. Overall, my trip was okay, we ended up not eating at the hotel and would go to other beaches that were far better. The rooms weren’t amazing, bathrooms could use an update. We left thinking we could’ve had a much better time had we booked somewhere else which is a shame. Bodrum is lovely however.
Charm Beach Hotel was everything we hoped for and more. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful sea view, and direct beach access made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Staff members were always smiling and eager to help. The food was fresh, tasty, and there were plenty of options at every meal. Dining with a view of the sea was a highlight of our trip. The hotel offers the perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or enjoying the sunset on the beach, it’s easy to feel completely at peace here. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. Can’t wait to come back! 🌊
We had a wonderful stay! The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The hotel offers fantastic activities — from relaxing yoga sessions to a fun and well-organized kids club, as well as a great spa and professional massages. The sea is absolutely stunning, crystal clear, and perfect for swimming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
We stayed for 3 nights in September. Perfect time to go as beach and pool were both quiet, so no rush to sunbeds etc. However the food options were very limited and did not taste very good. The snack bar wasn't what "snack" should be, it was burger, chicken, pasta... Basically meals. None of the staff introduced themselves or went out their way to help. Glass was left around the pool area, which my partner stepped in, and when mentioned, staff were not quick or bothered to do much about it. Definitely not good value for money, especially as we've stayed in similar rated hotels and their customer service and what was offered, does not compare.
The hotel looked great at first glance, and the private beach, just a few yards away, was definitely a highlight. However, I wouldn’t say it truly deserves a 4-star rating. While the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms could have used more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The food was okay, but it got repetitive after a few days, with the same dishes being served daily. After three days, we decided to eat out since there weren’t many vegetarian options available, which was a bit challenging for some people in our group. Overall, it was a pleasant holiday, especially considering the price and the facilities offered.
