AMAZING hotel, perfect girls trip destination. Animators are so fun and special shoutout for Heini and Olivia who were so sweet and we always loved seeing them by the pool. Food was great and bartenders were very accommodating and friendly, especially Demetrius. The front desk staff were absolutely lovely and it was so nice to come back to the bars to Michael who was the sweetest person ever.
Me and my family had a really great holiday at this hotel. The rooms are really big and spacious. The water slides were really fun and the swimming pool was really deep so you can use pool floats in there. You need to wake up early to get sunbeds if you want them because even though it says you can’t reserve them people still do. The entertainers are very friendly. The pool bar/snack bar is good, good food (pizza and chips, and fruit) and ice cream after 2pm. The lady that works at the pool bar is extremely friendly. The buffet is quite small but plenty of choice. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach, there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel and you can buy bus tickets from the shop out the front of the hotel. Would recommended this hotel and suitable for all ages.
The hotel was poor. We did not eat in the restaurant at night once. The breakfast and lunch was okay but had to go out every night due to the food being poor. The pool is good. There is an Ala carte bar however with a barmaid named Eva. She has made our holiday so much better. Every night we went to her bar and she made us amazing cocktails each night. She is so lovely and welcoming to everyone. She alone made the hotel a nice place to stay, without her it wouldn’t have been enjoyable.
I gotta say me and my mum were a bit worried about this hotel if it was gonna be good or bad but honestly this hotel is amazing the rooms are fantastic the floors are so clean you could literally eat of them the staff were really really nice and welcoming. At the reception every morning they would say good morning and ask what your doing today and also show you the best places around the island to have the best time the breakfast lunch dinner option were really good and tasty and the service was amazing whatever you said example if the cola machine ran out they would in seconds refill and also the animation team were also amazing and kind shout out to Cristian Ania and Olivia you three were amazing you were really nice to talk to and have a nice chat the darts with Ania was funny and amazing when I missed the board in the whole round 1 🤣 😂 but then got better because of all the positive kindness words the people around me said and honestly this was the best holiday I could ask for big up to the cleaners for always cleaning the room and switching our towels every morning it really luxurious and amazing thank you to the whole filerimos Village hotel for making this a once in a lifetime experience it was an amazing and fantastic hotel everything was amazing not a single thing was wrong I went away from this hotel with happy tears and unforgettable experience with amazing freinds we will definitely be coming back thank you for the animation team for making me leave this place with happy tears and for putting the biggest smile i ever had on my face and thank you Cristian for offering me a job at the hotel I will definitely apply and be your guys animation dj I would luv to do that thank you everyone in the filerimos Village hotel for making this a special amazing summer holiday
Had a good holiday here. Upon arrival the place seemed unkept, however the staff seem to work hard cleaning and maintaining the place, just seems to me a little more management wouldn't go amiss in the quiet season to tidy the place up a bit. The food was decent and the drinks and icecream was good. The place is pretty with a good few pools. The water park pool was a favourite as it was cooler there. They could use a few more sunbeds as most places could. The staff were excellent and so friendly always. The location is not the best as the closest town is around a 30 minute walk. The busses are great and stop outside the hotel. For a couple of euros you can take it to Rhodes Town which is absolutely stunning on the old side, the new side has plenty of high end shops and restaurants. The old town and new town merge within a couple of streets.
