Had a pleasant 4 days. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, actually working AC, great view. Different lunch and dinner options every day for the most part, not much there to get bored of. Food was delicious and being refilled constantly. Two different pools, fun events for kids. Beach is a 5-minute walk, plenty of bars all around. Staff were really kind and flexible about our checkout as well.

Our stay at Hotel Alba in Sunny Beach was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the beach, shops, and various entertainment options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained with regular housekeeping. The food was decent and offered a good variety, so there was always something to choose from. The pool area and hotel grounds were tidy and well looked after. The staff were polite and attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable and trouble-free holiday experience.

Excellent for an All-Inclusive hotel at this price point. 🧳 Rooms & Comfort * Comfortable, standard 4-star rooms with housekeeping twice daily. * Balconies have drying racks, and the air conditioning worked well. * No issues with bugs inside when balcony doors were kept closed. * Bathrooms: Quite small, and the shower curtains are not very practical, sometimes allowing water onto the floor. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and conditioner are provided. * Tips: Bring mosquito spray or gel for evenings. The hotel is in the heart of Sunny Beach’s nightlife area, so it can be loud at night. Earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones are recommended for light sleepers. 🏊♂️ Pool & Facilities The pool area was clean and well maintained, with no excessive chemical smell. Facilities include a children’s area, toddler pool, ping-pong, pool bars, and a free at-pool buffet. A very convenient setup for families. 🌟 Kids Club & Animation — Special Mention to the BVS Team! This was easily the highlight of our trip. The BVS Animation Team were phenomenal: young, energetic, friendly, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making guests happy. * Attentive & Caring: Although the Kids Club is compact, the team made it special. They gave our children freedom to play while staying nearby to guide, support, and help whenever needed. They were exceptionally kind and welcoming toward our family. * Always Available: The team were consistently present and approachable, regularly inviting guests to participate in activities rather than simply waiting for people to join. * Activities: They actively organized and encouraged guests to join safe rubber-tipped archery, water polo, darts, family games, and other activities. * Rewards: Individual winners received certificates of appreciation, while team-game winners received drinks.
