We stayed for a week in the end of June together with my friends and the hotel was amazing. From the beginning the hotel employees were extremely kind and helpful in everything. The room was cleaned daily, it was clean and confortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The employees in the bar and restaurant were really friendly. Even they remembered what drinks we had previously so when we sat down with our first plates the drinks were already on our table, without asking for it. The hotel has a good structure and layout, everything is accessible. There are good programs during the day if you like sports (water aerobic, waterpolo, beach volleyball) and thematic evening events throughout the week. And the guy in the orga team is just funny and we had great conversations with him. The location is not the best because there is not much near the hotel, but you can rent a car directly from the front desk and with that you can access some great places. Like Lake Kourna is just a few minutes by car. But if you have a spare day I would recommend to visit Preveli Palm Forest in the south side of Crete. It’s a bit far but it worth to visit. So overally I would 100% recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel the employees were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.every day from the morning to the afternoon the hotel had a activity for visitors from the pool to the karaoke night! The food had great variety and was tasty.
Hydramis palace is a beautiful resort with many great amenities, but the real reason I gave it a 5 star review is due to the outstanding service. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon from America as first time guest and we were treated with the upmost respect and kindness. From the management, to the restaurant staff and bartenders, the people here treat you like a long time friend. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and safe while you are in Crete and bring such a fun and positive attitude everyday. I would specifically like to shoutout Miss Ayed, the hotel supervisor. She is an amazing hostess and was such an amazing friend during our stay. Highly recommend this resort if you value good service!

She leads with heart, kindness, and attention to detail, making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. The entertainment team did an outstanding job bringing people together and creating an atmosphere of fun and celebration. Yasser: the lead animator, had a remarkable ability to read the crowd and play music that guests genuinely enjoyed, ensuring the dance floor was always full of positive energy. Many hotels offer entertainment, but at Hydramis Palace it felt personal, engaging, and filled with heart. The evenings became one of the most memorable parts of my stay and contributed greatly to the warm sense of community that makes this hotel so special.
