We spent our wedding night here and could not have been happier with our stay! Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options to choose from. The beach was calm and beautiful, and the beach service was truly on point. A special thank you to the manager, who was so kind and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It really made a difference, especially on such a special night for us. And a special shout-out to Katerina, the housekeeper on the morning shift. She is such an amazing person, incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely pleasant. People like her truly make a hotel stay feel special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming experience—especially for a special occasion!

A beautifully curated hotel in an excellent location. The beach is Blue Flag certified, with perfect sand and crystal-clear waters. It’s close enough to Heraklion for convenience, yet far enough away to feel wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It’s true that airplanes fly over quite frequently, but we didn’t find this disturbing at all—in fact, it was more of a fun distraction. The food was absolutely brilliant, with something for everyone, from traditional Cretan dishes to more creative and special options. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the resort itself feels like an entire little village, with charming streets, beautiful pools, palm trees, and flowers everywhere. You really have everything you could possibly need here. We had a wonderful stay and I would honestly come back anytime!
To be honest, the only good thing about this property is the beach and the Asian restaurant. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on its website. The bungalows are dirty and run-down, and the rooms are not properly cleaned. When I arrived, there was sand on my bedroom floor from a previous guest, and the telephone still had dried food residue on it. You have to run the shower for almost five minutes every time to get hot water, which was very inconvenient. This hotel is dog-friendly, so keep that in mind if you're not comfortable with pets in the dining area. I love dogs, so that wasn't a deal breaker for me. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to get to. However, if you're a light sleeper, be aware that you'll hear planes flying overhead throughout the day and into the evening. If you're traveling from the USA, I would only recommend staying here if affordability is your top priority. But remember this is definitely not the resort where you hang out all day. If you can spend a little more, I strongly suggest doing so for a better resort. After traveling 15 hours, it was very disappointing to arrive at a poorly maintained property with subpar service that did not live up to its advertised photos.
My husband and I stayed in a seafront suite for our honeymoon and we could not have been more thrilled. The room was spacious, well kept, and had a beautiful view. The hotel itself was beautiful and conveniently located for day trips around crete. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, they were attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay, and so caring. We initially booked with just the breakfast level rate and ended up upgrading to the all inclusive package. The 3 restaurants were convenient and delicious. The buffet had a wide variety of options for every meal, and we looked forward to eating there.
