Overall, the holiday was mostly enjoyable, but there are several areas that need improvement. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay, which was disappointing. The quality of the food in the restaurant was also poor. Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning, which ruined the last part of my holiday. The drinks also seemed to be of the cheapest quality and were not particularly good. There was also an uncomfortable situation on our last day when we had paid for a late check-out until 3:00 PM. Despite having paid for the extended check-out, a member of the cleaning staff repeatedly came to our door, giving us the impression that they wanted us to leave the room. This was very stressful and made us feel uncomfortable, especially since we had already paid to stay in the room until 3:00 PM. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to assist when needed. The hamam and full-body massage on the B2 floor were also a very good experience. The service there was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. Overall, the holiday was okay, but the poor room cleanliness, low food quality and the food poisoning left a very unpleasant ending to the trip.
We stayed at this hotel at the turn of April and May 2026. It was the very beginning of the season, and while the hotel was still getting organized, it hardly interfered with our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with the daily replenished mini-bar, fresh towels, and a cozy balcony being definite highlights. While the pool water was still quite chilly, it was crystal clear and perfect for cooling off after sunbathing. The beach is within walking distance, and although a shuttle bus runs, its schedule seemed rather random. There are plenty of sunbeds and a snack bar on the beach, but unfortunately, the noise from nearby water sports centers was quite loud, making the pool area a more pleasant place to relax. The food was very good; although the selection was similar each day, it was broad enough that everyone could find something for themselves, with everything being tasty, fresh, and constantly replenished. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. Mustafa, our waiter, was a fantastic professional who always greeted us warmly and created beautiful table decorations, ensuring a great atmosphere. Meanwhile, the bartenders Onur and Nektel prepared amazing drinks, put on a great show, and could communicate in almost any language. Every employee we met was helpful and smiling, providing service at the highest level. The only downside was the spa area; despite being advertised as free, the sauna and hammam required payment, and the staff was very pushy in trying to sell massage packages both at the pool and the beach. Despite this, it was a wonderful experience, and I can sincerely recommend this hotel. I would happily return, especially outside the peak season, as the lack of loud nightly animations made for a very peaceful rest.
This was my third time in Turkey, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at — amazing food, clean rooms, very good wifi, great atmosphere, and full professionalism from the entire staff. The service was absolutely incredible, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made our holiday even better. Special thanks to the bartender Atish — the best guy in the whole hotel! Always positive, friendly, and making the best drinks every day. People like him make you want to come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside for us was the food. It wasn’t really to our taste, but it was definitely not the worst. The beach is not very close, although the hotel provides a bus, which sometimes gets very full, so you may need to wait for the next one. Overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean — our room was tidied up every day, and the minibar was refilled daily with non-alcoholic drinks. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious! The sea was clean, and the beach was well-maintained with a gentle slope — perfect for children. It was very convenient for us. The sea is about a 15-minute walk with a child, but the shuttle bus runs regularly. The beach bar served tasty food, especially the traditional Turkish flatbread with filling, pizza, and doughnuts with honey — simply amazing!
