We had our first family trip to Antalya, for one week, with our 9yr old twin daughters and we had a fantastic time. This hotel offers: pools with slides that even adults were enjoying, store with a variety of things things from lotions to accesories to have fun at the pool, the variety of food in the restaurant is really good, (we don't have any allergies or food restrictions so I cannot comment on specifics depending on others' needs). They also have an excellent professional photographer, who offers family photo shoots, you can get photo albums or others prints with pictures taken in two days. The beach club area, is around 200m walk, it is a very nice easy walk - although it is very hot at this time - and they have water sports and parasailing right next to it, making it easy to not only enjoy the beach but also have that very accessible. They also offer shows at night.
The service was great all over the place, from the reception, the manager, the entertainment team which was all day interacting with everyone around the pool, at the kids club, pool activities, the shows at night, the people at the restaurant. Special mention to Tamer, one of the managers, he was very attentive, provided his phone number, when we were looking for options for outside activities or when we had issues with the room, his level of attention was impressive.
When it comes to location, I'm rating 5, mainly because of the beach activities and everything they have inside, it is about an hour from the airport. If you plan to go to places like Land of Legends or Sea park, the hotel is about 60min drive, we started thinking about it, yet we were having such a nice time at the hotel we preferred to stay in. So the stars would vary if you do want to do something outside the hotel.
The 4 stars in the room section is because the room we booked said that a forth bed would be added, yet the room was too small for 4 people, and that forth bed was a very small and uncomfortable one. We asked for a change and we got another room in two days since we needed to wait for availability. In our case sine we were with tho kids we could manage, but if there are for adults, or with teenagers for example this would have been very uncomfortable. Overall there is a section of the rooms area that seems old, the recommendation would be to ensure when you book that you look carefully at the type of room you choose, and send a message beforehand asking to ensure the room will have space as per your needs.
We stayed here last September and it was an amazing stay. We have booked for this September longer as well. My partner is a picker eater (worse than a child at times) He never struggled to find something to eat. The beach restaurant was his favourite during the day. The spa was absolutely worth it everywhere was clean tidy. Nothing was to much trouble. My only small complaint was there was enough parasols around the Adult only pool hopefully there will be a few more this year. Being a couple not married the maid noticed we had push the beds together and she soon made it comfortable for us both. It appeared that they recycle which I thought was great maybe a little divider in the bin. So it makes easier for guest and staff.
They work relentlessly always with a smile they all take pride in their jobs. We can’t wait to visit again this September 2026
Beautiful hotel but absolutely terrible service – not worth the money at all
I stayed here for 2 weeks and honestly, I am so disappointed. While the hotel building itself is lovely to look at, that’s the only positive thing I can say.
The staff – especially the receptionists – were incredibly rude and unhelpful from start to finish. Whenever I raised any issues or asked for help, nothing was ever fixed. They didn’t seem to care at all about making my stay comfortable, and the attitude I got was really upsetting.
This is being advertised as a 5-star hotel, but the service was nowhere near that standard – it felt like a budget hotel with fancy decor. For how incredibly expensive it was, I expected so much better. It was absolutely not worth the money I paid.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos – the terrible service and rude staff completely ruined the whole holiday for me. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Classic 4 star hotel masquerading as 5.
Pros:
- The food and eating areas
- Outside areas are kept very clean
- Although up and back from the beach, the beach bar is very nice
- The beach area dedicated to Numa is small (width wise) but very sandy with a gradual child friendly entrance to the sea
- Restaurant, bar, entertainment and cleaning staff are generally friendly and good at what they do
- Lifeguards are very present and attentive
- Price is competitive in the annoyingly expensive post Covid market
Cons:
- A hotel sized space trying to be a resort - cramped feeling throughout
- Main pool is small for the amount of guests at full capacity (August)
- Room was quite small for a family of 4 and very rough around the edges - feels hastily made with a lack of attention to detail. Not overbearing but constant drain smell coming from the bathroom. Poor soundproofing and dim lighting
- Concrete tennis courts are unusable with big cracks and holes. Completely wasted space therefore - either renovate and maintain them or use for something else
The stay was soured by a strange interaction with the reception. Half way through our stay when passing by in the corridor I noticed the room next to ours (that had until then been occupied by any incredibly loud family even late at night) had been vacated with the door open as it was being cleaned. At a glance it also appeared a little bigger. As ours had a smell I figured there was nothing to lose in asking if we could quickly move right next door. I was simply told “no” with a staff member pointing to a broad that apparently indicated that it had already been assigned to someone else. I can understand that such questions may get tiresome, and that it may simply not be possible, but would expect a polite explanation, e.g. “sorry sir that’s not possible because of xyz but I could send someone to look at the issue in your room now…”. On top of an irritated “no” I was told that “it’s not ok to go into other rooms” and accused of something I didn’t do. The lack or willingness to hear out and engage with a customer spending thousands of Euros to stay at your hotel astounds me, and is perhaps the primary reason I wouldn’t stay here again.
We had a wonderful weeks stay here in April. The staff are absolutely brilliant. The hotel is clean and big, in a lovely location. We absolutely loved the beach bar. The only tiny downside were the paper cups in the hotel room, if you wanted a coffee it would leak instantly, would recommend proper cups. That's literally the only thing that was a negative. The bathroom could do with a slightly brighter light for getting ready in the evening. Again big up to the staff who were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and hopefully be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😁
