Amazing place! The amenities were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and relaxing. All meals were delicious both in the main restaurant and the individual restaurants inside the hotel. There was a fantastic selection of fresh and high quality food. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a relaxing and comfortable stay. What really stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were. All of them were professional, and always willing to go above and beyond. I absolutely recommend it!
It’s been a number of years since my last visit and has gone through a change of owners a couple of times. The changes have not been kind resulting in the hotel being 3 ish stars at best. Public areas were once spotless with teams out cleaning and tidying now it seems quite scruffy in parts. Bedrooms are a good size with all the amenities you’d expect plus you get a really comfortable bed ensuring you get a good nights sleep. The beach area is packed so tightly with sun beds that it seems you’re on top of each other resulting in an uncomfortable experience. Food in restaurants is plentiful and good quality but veggies will struggle to make a cohesive meal. It’s also puzzling why you have to pay for alcoholic drinks at lunchtime in both the Mediterranean and Greek restaurants, it’s an all inclusive hotel isn’t it? The new swim up room area feels like you’re in a completely different hotel, is very attractive and clean but always seems to have a whiff of toilets hanging in the air. Since there are so many swimming pools you’re always guaranteed to find a sun bed or two even though the sun bed towel people come out before breakfast. There are plenty of options to get drinks and snacks throughout the day… bonus!
This was far the best hotel for a family vacation from many perspectives: Right at the beach front Rooms right at the pool Perfect food What I appreciate personally was the architecture. Cascade waterfall plan that gets you from the top level lobby straight to the beach level. What was noticeable is the care for a nature. You could see swallows nest all around which most probably add to a maintenance effort. We had a late return flight and eventhough our rooms could not be extended Eileen from reception found a solution and handled me as a difficult customer :) well done. Jason and the Philipeenian staff at the restaurant took an amazing care for all of us. Thank you!
Polecam ten hotel w 100% Our stay at Porto Bello Royal was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, with delicious food, excellent pools, and a wonderful atmosphere. Everywhere we went, we were greeted by smiling and helpful staff. We would like to give special thanks to Elaida from the restaurant. She is an exceptionally kind, caring, and professional person who looked after the guests with genuine dedication every day. At the end of our stay, she surprised our child with a very special gift. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and created a memory we will cherish for a long time. Employees like Elaida truly deserve to be recognized, and we sincerely hope she receives the bonus she deserves. She is a real treasure to this hotel.We would also like to thank Karyna from the reception desk, who speaks excellent Polish. She was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable from the very beginning of our holiday.Thank you to the entire Porto Bello Royal team for an unforgettable stay. Excellent location right on the beach. Always good sunbed availability. Staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The rooms were spacious and cleaned to an excellent standard. There was a great selection of food each day at the main restaurant plus several snacks bars. We will definitely be back.
