I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the food was good with enough variety. The swimming pools were also clean and well maintained, making them a great place to relax during the day.
There were also plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the stay. Tillya and Gigi did a great job organizing some of the activities and keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable without making it feel forced.
The hotel also had a nice overall atmosphere, with plenty of areas where you could sit, relax, or spend time with friends and family. Everything was generally well organized, and there was always something to do if you didn't want to just stay by the pool.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The facilities, pools, food, staff, and activities made the stay enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Great for kids, decent value, but definitely stuck in the ’80s 😄
We stayed here from August 23-27 with our extended family: 8 adults and 7 kids, across 4 rooms.
The location is excellent: just a short walk from the beach and promenade, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful.
The rooms, however, are another story. Clean and reasonably maintained, yes - but seriously outdated. Think 1980s hotel room: huge old wooden wardrobe, dated furniture, an okay mattress, and pillows that felt like the cheapest ones you’d find in an IKEA sale. 😅
The food was average overall. They seem to have a real love affair with oil and butter - most dishes were quite greasy and not especially flavorful. We had one genuinely good dinner, but the rest was somewhere between average and below average. Luckily, the pizza station saved the day — the pizzas were actually OK
For the kids, though, this place was a success. Our children, aged 3–12, absolutely loved the pools, water slides, game room and, of course, the ice cream station by the pool. They had a fantastic time.
The staff were very friendly, always smiling and genuinely trying to help, which made a big difference.
Overall: the kids had an amazing holiday, while the adults enjoyed it… a little less. 😄 Still, for the price, the value was perfectly reasonable.
Would I come back? Definitely not.
Did I enjoy the trip? Surprisingly, yes.
Then again, give me a beach, edible food and good company, and I’ll probably be happy almost anywhere. 😎
Very good value for money. Service is excellent rooms are clean. Recommended for families.
If you reserve an apartment, make sure you ask for one which has windows both in the bedroom and living room. We had the ‘luck’ to receive one which has no windows in the bedroom. Having a 1 year old and keeping him in exclusive AC kind of ruined our holiday. Should have been advertised as one room and one big closet. No interest from the stuff to solve the situation although we asked repeatedly.
Update: the situation was solved by our travel agency. We were moved into an apartment which has windows in both rooms . It is sad that this could not be solved only by speaking at the reception.
Update for the hotel : please do not try to tell that you were helpful - we tried changing the apartment twice before reaching to out travel agency : once immediately after viewing the apartment and once in the morning . Each time I was told it cannot be done. Furthermore I was told that now only the rooms with two bedrooms have windows in both rooms. Guess what - the apartment we had was with two bedrooms. I did not enjoy spending half of the day speaking with the travel agency and moving the luggage from one apartment to another when this could have been solved from the arrival.
Other than that - the rooms were renovated , the food is ok and the beach is 5 minutes away.
Such a beautiful place with the kindest staff! Everything was perfect — clean, cozy, and so well organized. The breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious I had an amazing time here will definitely be back soon!
