We stayed at Trendy Aspendos Beach last week and, until our final day, our experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the food and service were great, and the staff were incredibly kind to our baby boy throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our last day left us with a very negative impression. I had left a white shirt hanging in the shower in our room after wetting it to treat a stain. The shirt later disappeared. I do not believe it was taken intentionally and assume it was accidentally collected by housekeeping together with the towels or mistaken for a cleaning cloth. The real issue was not the missing shirt itself, but how the situation was handled by the front desk. When I reported the incident, I received no apology and very little concern. The response was essentially that since I had not seen anyone take the shirt, there was nothing they could do. While I understand that lost items are not always recoverable, I expected more empathy, professionalism, and a genuine effort to investigate. It's disappointing because one poorly handled situation overshadowed what had otherwise been a wonderful family holiday. Would have been 5 stars, but due to the handling of this issue, I can only give 3 stars.
Just came back from there two days ago. I had a blast with my husband and my daughter. The food was great, the waiters, staff, so friendly and dedicated. I loved the daily events and activities.. Everything was perfect except for a bad experience I had at the SPA. There is unfortunately a very arrogant and rude guy working at the spa reception, dark skin, shabby, I forgot his name. Apparently, after I used the sauna for ten minutes, half an hour before closing time, he was not very happy and on my way out of the spa he stopped me and lectured me about using the wrong showers ( I didn’t use the showers at all in the facility that day by the way) I didn’t like his tone and attributed it to his lack of communication skills in English and didn’t even bother to tell him that i used the sauna not the showers, I still left with a smile and brushed it off. Next day I head for the sauna again and I hear him yelling after me: I told you yesterday not to use theses showers! He was literally ranting.. I don’t know why he was so obsessed with the showers !! I didn’t want him to ruin my vacation mood so I ignored him and went to the sauna. 15 minutes later, I’m done, I pass by him at the reception and I told him : kindly, if you have anything to say, address your guests politely, that is no decent way to talk to anyone. He jolted from his sit! gave me his back and said: I’m not talking to you !!! Well, That triggered me ! Even though I’m a very poised person!! I yelled back and told him to get himself together! That he was not talking to a 5 year old here ! He went back to his mysterious obsession with the showers telling me that he showed them to so many times 🤔🤷♀️!! I asked for his name while he was ranting, got it, reported him to his superiors. I got word that he and his colleagues who were present during the incident were summoned by the manager of the hotel.. i don’t know the version they told him. I was disappointed because the manager did not get back to me, he didn’t contact me or ask for my side of the story.. I wish he would have got back to the camera recording and see and hear exactly what happened.. because that employee deserves disciplinary actions taken against him big time. As much as I tried to brush it off and enjoy myself, I was in a bad mood for the rest of the stay but still chose not to escalate. I even hid the incident from my husband to keep him in his chill vacation mode, otherwise he wouldn’t have allowed it to slide. I loved trendy Hotel very much, but I sadly choose not to go back there because of this incident.
Great hotel , lovely staff , would return. Food and drink absolutely fantastic … evening entertainment AMAZING! The waiter on the roller skates round by the pool was really lovely and always made sure we had a drink and always had a smile on his face. We had a great time! Thankyou
I’ve been here for less than 24 hours and what can I say! The cocktails are brilliant, they’re freshly made and not like the stuff you get from a typical all inclusive. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. You can get alacarte breakfast from the hours of 1am - 6am so if you’re hungry after a few drinks you’ve got freshly cooked food at your finger tips. Can’t fault the place. I will be back 😃
Big hotel oriented near the beach. To be precise beach is in walking distance. Rooms are big enough. What is big advantage of this hotel is service. Either room or restaurant. Food is simple amazing. Usually I am trying to taste every meal but this time it was not possible. Too many options. Cousine is more European with slight Turkish accent. Restaurant is very well organized, clean. Food is spread on many tables so result is that queues almost does not exist. Hotel it self is oriented for the families, so don't expect enormous night live.
