This is a true 5 star. We spent our honeymoon there and did not regret it. Trust me and get the Signature upgrade - you won't regret it. The perks are a steal for the price. The butler service was on point - with handling everything for us every step of the way. The food was incredible both in the buffet and also in the many unlimited a la carte restaurants. Drinks are also elite. Special mention for the Signature level sunbeds - 10/10 recommend! The views are gorgeous all over the place in the hotel - especially on the rooftop bar. The restaurant exchange program is amazing - and we used it everytime we went into town. The rooms are beautiful/modern and well equipped. I recommend getting the ones with the Jacuzzi and the large terrasse in the main building. Overall - don't hesitate to book ! We are looking forward to going back actually. Incredible experience and value.
Nice hotel, good food, enough room around the pool. We did the signature level, with extra’s. The room was a bit dissapointed though, quite small (signature deluxe Cosy) and no opportunities for an upgrade unfortunetaly. The service at the pool was very very good. While we stayed for a week, Joy was there everyday. Working very hard (even in the super warm weather days) and always so kind. He Will most definetely get 5 stars for himself! Also the people working at the beach bar, are so very kind.

The hotel itself is beautiful and offers different atmospheres depending on what you’re looking for. The main pool has a fantastic vibe with live performances, such as a saxophone player and a great DJ, creating the perfect holiday atmosphere. Abu always serves outstanding cocktails with a smile and makes every visit to the bar a pleasure. If you’re looking for something a little quieter, the pool next to the ÍO food truck is the perfect place to relax. Mark and Joy are just as friendly and serve excellent drinks and in our opinion, the bar team here makes the best Espresso Martini🥹🍸 For lunch, ÍO serves delicious snacks like the chicken tacos and amazing burgers. We also loved Helios with its Mediterranean cuisine, while Capricho offers an incredible variety for every foodie. The quality and selection of food throughout the resort have been outstanding. The Gravity Bar is another absolute highlight. Not only does it offer breathtaking sunset views, but the entire bar team creates an amazing atmosphere with their infectious energy and outstanding cocktails. Every drink was prepared with great attention to detail, and the team’s positive mood made every visit even more enjoyable.. And there is a pool!! (Do not miss it) One of the absolute highlights of our stay wasn’t just the food or the exceptional service, but the Ibizan Herbal Liquor Workshop. Juan Tur introduced us to the art of making traditional Ibizan herbal liqueur while we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets from the Gravity Bar. We laughed so much, learned something new, and created a memory we’ll never forget. We’re not even at the end of our stay yet, but one thing is already certain: We’ll definitely be back. Marian & Amparo Made the TRS Lobby Bar Experience Exceptional! One of the highlights of my stay at TRS was the incredible service I received at the lobby bar from Marian and Amparo. They absolutely deserve to be recognized! From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. What impressed me most was that their hospitality never felt forced—it was warm, natural, and consistent every time I visited the bar. They remembered the little things, always greeted me with a smile, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Even when the bar was busy, they remained professional, attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of. Great hotels are about more than beautiful rooms and facilities—the people are what make you remember a place. Marian and Amparo are two of those people. Their exceptional service added something special to my stay at TRS Ibiza, and management should be proud to have them representing the hotel. Thank you, Marian and Amparo, for the outstanding hospitality. You both helped make my Ibiza experience one I’ll remember. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We stayed for eight days, although we didn’t spend all of our time at the resort. That said, you could easily do so, as there are plenty of activities and things to do throughout the day. The food is excellent (especially the Capricho restaurant —> shout out to Sheila 🙌🏼), and the rooftop terrace is a particularly nice spot. Overall, the resort offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
