We have just spent 3 nights at the hotel. Location is central, rooms are spacious and clean, and cleaned every day. Food is exceptional, with options for all and entertainment was very good. We loved the variety of healthy and sweet options. The only critique would be the young staff working outside bar area, they are not friendly and often ignore you when you would like to place a request. It almost feels like they don’t want to be there. We also struggled to communicate with individuals at reception. Other than these small details, we recommend this hotel for teens and adults.
Our stay at TUI BLUE Grand Azur was wonderful from beginning to end! We truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. We arrived early in the morning, and the hotel staff kindly showed us places where we could relax and lie down after our journey. We were also able to check in a little earlier than 2:00 PM, which was very much appreciated. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant — the food was delicious and the service was excellent. A very special thank you goes to Muhammed, who took care of us throughout our entire stay. He is such a kind, friendly, attentive and helpful person, always smiling and ready to assist. His warm attitude made our holiday even more enjoyable! I've been coming to TUI Blue Grand Azur for as long as I can remember. I first came here as a little kid, and now I'm 18 and I still love coming back every year. I've stayed in other hotels, but this one is definitely my favourite. The location is amazing with a private beach, a big swimming pool, and really nice gardens. It's a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The food is honestly one of the best parts. There's so much choice, everything tastes fresh, and the desserts are amazing. The à la carte restaurant is also really good, with great food and a beautiful view. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable. The whole hotel feels modern and well looked after. The staff are what make this place special. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really make you feel at home. This hotel has been part of my childhood, and even now I still get excited to come back. Every holiday here has been amazing, and I honestly can't recommend TUI Blue Grand Azur enough. It's a place I'll always enjoy coming back to.
We had a fantastic holiday at the Grand Azur, and the entertainment team really helped make it special! A big shout-out to Mustafa, Cha Cha and Z (Zain), who were all so friendly, welcoming, funny and helpful. They made us feel at home from day one and were always up for a laugh. We especially loved playing darts every day, twice a day! 🎯 It became part of our daily routine, and we looked forward to it every time. A special thank you for helping me learn Turkish, too. Amazing 5 stars hotel. Staff are great including receptionists and waiters. Everyone is nice. BIRSEN , the manager was very kind and thoughtful , she helped us out through everything. Food is excellent with a wide variety in both main restaurant and snack. Pools are amazing and I personally enjoyed the jacuzzi so much. We also tried the spa and everything was beyond expectations. I really recommend this all inclusive hotel, definitely the best in marmaris.
