We stayed in this hotel for one week and had a fantastic experience. The service was really nice and friendly the waiters were attentive and had everything prepared. The nature surrounding the hotel was beautiful and peaceful and the entrance to the sea was great. There was an excellent animation program throughout the week for both adults and children. The animators participated in those activities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
I recently spent a week there and it was amazing! The location is perfect – if you book a sea-view room, you can watch a breathtaking sunrise every morning. The service is very attentive. Huge thanks to Iklim from the animation team! Iklim is incredibly friendly, open-minded, and super funny, always bringing the best energy and making everyone smile. Its a nice place!
Hotel Turunc Premium boasts a great location and is very well maintained. We stayed in rooms 3207 and 3209, which were always perfectly tidy. The staff were friendly and always smiling. A special thanks goes to Ms. Inna for her warm welcome and great introduction to the hotel; I truly appreciate her personal touch. However, the real stars of our holiday were definitely the animation team, especially Iklim and Enes. They managed to entertain not only the children I was traveling with but also got me involved in the activities! It is clear they do their job with heart. As for the food, there was always plenty to choose from and it was delicious. I have only one minor suggestion regarding the fish – they were often dry. Overall, we rate our stay as excellent and thank you very much!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning. There is a large dining area with a great variety of dishes, and food is available throughout the day at different locations around the hotel, so you’re never short of something to eat. There are also plenty of bars, all with friendly and welcoming staff. The staff really deserve a special mention. I cannot praise them highly enough. They were consistently friendly, polite and helpful, and seemed to work tirelessly throughout the entire day. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained and in an excellent location, which made it a great base for the holiday. There are a few areas that could be improved. Although there was a very good selection of food, the menus did not seem to change much from day to day, so after a while it could become a little repetitive. The hotel’s private beach is next to a public beach, so it can get extremely busy at times. Obviously, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it is worth being aware of. We also booked a premium room with a hot tub. While the room was nice, I’m not sure the upgrade is worth paying almost double for. The hot tub itself was in need of some maintenance, which was disappointing considering the premium price. Finally, the shower/toilet arrangement in the room was a little unusual, particularly as there was no lock on the toilet door, which felt slightly strange. Overall, though, these are relatively minor points. The excellent staff, cleanliness, facilities, location and huge choice of food made for a very enjoyable stay. We had a great holiday and would happily return.
Great place with the greatest crew- entire crew, but especially guys from the main restaurant (Berke safed my son's dental braces with unbelievable commitment) and animators which were always ready to brighten our stay. Especially thanks to Enes for his neverending smile and great influence on my son who for the first time went on the stage to dance in public- it wouldnt have happened if it weren't for Enes. I sincerely recommend this hotel!
