This hotel was an excellent choice in every way. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was how well-organized the dining service was. Every table had its own dedicated staff member who took care of the guests from start to finish. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table, and the same staff member continued to look after us during the entire meal. The level of attention and service was truly outstanding. Another great feature was the location of the hotel’s swimming pools. They were just a few steps away from the beach, and everything on the beachfront belonged to the hotel. There was no need to pay extra for sunbeds or umbrellas by the sea, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was also very good overall. There was a wide variety of options, and almost everything we tried was tasty and satisfying. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great facilities, and a relaxing beachfront stay. A special thanks to Mr. Pantios Vasilis for his exceptional service and kindness.
Had a lovely week staying here. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful, they really make the difference to your stay.. Food was excellent and the range of choice for all inclusive is vast.. Nice touches like frozen coffees and the little things that show they go the extra mile. A special mention to Rafael at the pool bar, Aaron at the coffee bar and the 2 gents at the beach bar who go out of their way at all times to make your stay that extra bit special
We had a wonderful stay at Amada Colossos Resort! We loved the swim-up pool right outside our room, the comfortable room, the great variety of restaurants, and the beautiful beach just steps away. What really stood out was the amazing service. When we arrived, we accidentally left a bag in the taxi. Eleni at reception told us, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it,” and within 30 minutes it was delivered to our room! Above all, the entire staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to the lovely Eleni, who also arranged a late check-out for us because of our late flight. A fantastic family vacation, we would happily come back! ❤️
Overall we have enjoyed our stay with our baby. My only tip would be creating more awareness for guests to keep beach and poolside clean. More trashcans could be available. We saw poolside and beach getting littered by guests and wind blowing everything into the sea and nature. I would also like to share my special thanks to Vasilis from the main restaurant team. Best ever caterer/ waiter in the whole hotel. He was very attentive with guests and very sweet to our baby. He made our breakfasts very welcomed and enjoyable. Thank you Vasilis!
We spent a week at this hotel and overall had a great stay. The Positives: Food & Dining: The main buffet was good, tasty, and offered a great variety. They have four themed restaurants on-site; we tried the Asian and Italian options, and both were delicious with very friendly waitstaff. The drinks were also good! Amenities & Convenience: The main pool is large with varying depths, which is a great feature. Renting a car through the desk in the lobby was extremely easy and convenient. Rooms: While compact, the rooms are nice and comfortable. The Beach: The beach is quite rocky rather than sandy, with small-to-medium stones going into the water. Buying water shoes locally made swimming perfectly fine, but it’s worth noting. Room for Improvement (Check-Out Experience): The only major downside came on our final day. We had about six hours between checking out and taking our bus to the airport. We were resting in the nicely designed, adults-only lounge—which has by far the most comfortable seating—when staff told us it was closed and asked us to leave. Having to sit outside in the heat on less comfortable furniture for hours was really disappointing. After such a wonderful stay, ending it this way left a bad final impression—like having an incredible meal, only to be served a poor dessert. Despite the rocky finish, it’s a very solid hotel with great food and friendly service. Just be prepared for limited indoor comfort if you have a late flight after check-out!
