We stayed here as a couple for our vacation and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with a great variety and something for everyone. A special thank you goes to the maître, George. He was extremely kind, welcoming, attentive, and very informative. His professionalism and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The Spa Manager, Eleni, recommended that we try the couples massage, and we are so glad we did. The massage was performed by Eleni and Dina, who were both outstanding professionals. We enjoyed every minute of it, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. Before leaving, we also purchased the spa oil, which was absolutely fantastic. We loved it and highly recommend it. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We look forward to coming back!
What we loved the most: Genial location and beach: We stayed in a bungalow, and it was literally just a few meters from the beautiful, sandy beach. The view and proximity to the sea were absolutely wonderful! Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing - it’s very close to the famous Palace of Knossos, so there is plenty to explore and discover in the area. Incredible food: The cuisine at this hotel is an absolute masterpiece. I travel quite a lot, but I have to admit that Arina Beach has some of the best food I have ever encountered on my travels. Everything was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety. Service and logistics: A big plus for the proximity to the airport, which makes the transfer quick and easy. Due to the location, a plane flies overhead from time to time, but it didn't bother us at all - in fact, it was actually quite a cool sight. The entire hotel staff and service were incredibly nice, helpful, and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!
We just returned from a 7 day stay at Arina Beach. We had a wonderfull time there. We've been there before. Super friendly personal, housekeeping, bartenders, animation team and restaurantteam all work very hard and try to make it as comfortable as possible. Very nice rooms with a good shower. The location is a little bit secluded, but with a car you can get anywhere or just stay at the resort. Also the fact that it's at the beach makes it easy to switch between a Pool day or a beachday ;-). Keep up the good work.
The Best Resort in Crete! Arina Beach Resort exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply perfect. The food was outstanding with a huge variety and excellent quality every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The location is ideal, right on a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water and stunning sea views. The beach itself is clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending the whole day. The resort is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday. If you're looking for the perfect place to unwind in Crete, I couldn't recommend Arina Beach Resort enough. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
Amazing resort, outstanding food and options, and great kids entertainment. Everyone in the resort is so welcoming. We also did a massage at the spa which was excellent. The friendly so reception lady Eleni was very helpful while the masseuse also named Eleni was incredible. Definitely our favorite resort from others we've visited in Canary Islands and Portugal. The overall quality is higher and value for your money feels appropriate in all aspects of the resort.
