Arora Hotel

I had a phenomenal experience at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the shopping mall, and the city center is easily accessible by dolmus. The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every single day. The pools are crystal clear and very clean. Food and drinks are delicious, diverse, and always in abundance. We were in duplex family room. The entire staff is extremely professional and polite. I want to give a special thanks to the Front Office Manager, Ismail Tabak. He is an incredibly kind man and a true professional who went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs during our stay. We felt right at home and will definitely come back!

Tarkan and his team were the ones who really entertained and looked after us at the hotel; Tarkan is incredibly warm and naturally became the center of attention—everyone loves him, and we, along with all the other guests (both local and international), are huge fans. Everything was wonderful. The Michael Jackson show was incredibly entertaining, and the magic show was absolutely spectacular—it was mind-blowing and we loved it. DJ Ramazan was kind enough to play our song, so we’d like to thank him here; we’ll definitely come back if they are there

DO NOT BOOK. Dreadful food of 2 star quality, and not a lot of it. This hotel requires a refurb, looks very dated & parts of it are not good at all. The rooms have been refurbished and are fine, and its in a good location. The sandy beach is a small strip but nice. But because of the truly awful food, this is definitely NOT a 4 * and there are other much better hotels in this Long Beach part of Kusadasi.

Tarkan, the cheerful and friendly face of the hotel, took care of us from the beginning, and Tarkan is undoubtedly the best and most outstanding person at the hotel. That's all I have to say. Arora is very lucky to have Tarkan. Greetings to Tarkan from Bulgaria

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arora. The location is perfect, right next to the sea, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the facilities like the pool and spa made the holiday even more relaxing. The food was tasty with a nice variety, and the all-inclusive service was very convenient. I would especially like to thank the manager, Ali, for his professionalism and kindness. He was always available to help, solved any requests quickly, and made sure that guests felt welcome and cared for. His positive attitude created a very warm atmosphere in the hotel. Thanks to the great service and friendly management, I truly enjoyed my holiday and would gladly recommend Hotel Arora to anyone visiting Kuşadası.
