I would highly recommend this hotel. It was always clean and tidy, the food was excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing.
A special mention goes to the entertainment team, Zindonko and Christianos. They made our holiday so much fun, keeping us entertained around the pool during the day and making bingo in the evenings a real highlight. They were hilarious and always full of energy.
I’d also like to thank Anna, who worked in the coffee shop during the day and the bar in the evening. She was always so friendly, welcoming us with a lovely smile and providing fantastic service throughout our stay.
We had a fabulous holiday and can’t wait to come back!
I have just spent my second all inclusive Seven nights at this hotel in Seven years.
Stunning and if booked through Tui everything is easy.
The food, pools, infact everything is great.
I strongly recommend the Atlantica Oasis to singles adults and families with children of all ages.
First time in my life, I can say that this is 4 stars hotel that deserves the 4 stars but not more.
Were there as a family of 4, two adults and two kids age 2+7, half board.
The staff at the front desk are kind. Also the staff at the restaurants. A few times we had to wait for the elevator for long time since the cleaning staff used it and it seemed normal to them that the guests will wait..
The hotel has in total 4 swimming pools. Kids zone is small but fun, adults only pool, indoor pool and main pool. All clean and nice. Water in the main pool is warm.
Strong wifi in all hotel areas.
The room was OK. By the pictures of the room we thought that there will be double bed, one bed and small couch for our toddler. But in reality the sofa is not for sleeping and the toddler was sleeping with us on the double.
Spent 2 nights here with our 2-year-old and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel looks renovated and the room was great.
The pools are fantastic (the kids' pool with slides is awesome!), and both the playground and the entertainment team were great for our toddler.
Food was fine and the chef clearly puts effort into it, but the vegan options were lacking compared to what we've seen in other Atlantica hotels.
A special thanks to Izabela in the restaurant, she was wonderful, always smiling and so helpful. We had a nice experience overall!
We went for 10 days with 5 of us. What a brilliant hotel. I am very fussy with food and usually struggle with all inclusive. But the food was really varied. But the best experience by far was the entertainment. Cristiano, Harriett and their team were amazing. We loved it so much that we will definitely be booking again. 5 stars to all!!!! We even tried to extend. If only TUI would transfer our flights!!!!! The hotel team made my 40th extra special by leaving me a lovely birthday cake and red wine in our room. Thank you to all!!!!
