10/10 It truly exceeded my expectations! Reading the reviews beforehand made me a bit worried, but honestly, those negative comments are totally uncalled for. While the hotel isn't brand new or luxurious, the wonderful atmosphere, warmth, and hospitality of the staff more than make up for it! A recommendation from the bottom of my heart!The meals were excellent! The breakfast selection included eggs, bacon, ham, cheeses, both savory and sweet pastries, and salads. For lunch, they served chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, and pasta, along with a great variety of salads. Dinner was quite similar to lunch. There was also a nice selection of fruit compotes, baklava, and ice cream! We were very satisfied with the food choices. In the evenings, everyone gathered at the bar for music, socializing, and board games. The pool area and the sun loungers were perfectly clean.The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bed sheets and towels are changed regularly.All of the staff members are absolutely wonderful, without exception! From the front desk and the waiters to the housekeeping staff. I would especially like to highlight Galena, Flavio, Angel, and the Russian lady who cleans the rooms—they are truly amazing people! Big greetings to everyone, and I hope to see you again next year!
It is a hotel built in a very good location with a sea view. But the rooms and bathrooms need repairs. The staff was very welcoming and ready to serve us. The sea was sandy and clean and there were sun loungers. The food was well cooked and plentiful. I had a very good price-quality ratio!!
When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and immediately loved the beautiful view and pool. However, we were initially disappointed by the buffet food, which lacked flavour.Thankfully, after the first few days, everything changed. The food became delicious, well-prepared, and much more enjoyable.A special thank you to the General Manager and the restaurant manager, Liviu, for his attention and involvement. We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at Bianco Olympico Beach Resort. It has been a long time since we experienced such genuinely friendly and welcoming service – from the housekeeping staff, through the restaurant team, to the reception. Everyone was kind, helpful and always smiling. A particularly nice touch was that even after checking out, we were allowed to stay by the pool and even have lunch before leaving. We really appreciated it! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was good, but for us the biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location – a beautiful, peaceful setting, a private beach and a lovely pool. We never had any trouble finding a sunbed, either by the pool or on the beach, which made the whole stay feel very relaxed. We left very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Bianco Olympico to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location with exceptionally friendly staff. ❤️
The location is good if you need a getaway from the city. There are nearby towns and beaches you can go but you need a car or a taxi. They have a parking, but if the hotel is full won't be enough. The private beach is very small a bit rocky, but the issue was it was dirty- cigarettes buts, napkins, I don't believe the hotel takes care of it. We had problems every day with the hot water, meaning it was missing, the response of the hotel was -"we know". Rooms are okay, spacious enough but no space to put your luggage and clothes. It was okay clean, but some of the cleaning personnel was coming early in the morning, before breakfast even, without knocking on the doors. Bar is okay, nice personnel. The pool works only till 6 pm, wich is a bit early, even for September. The cherry on the top is the food. No variety, no taste, personally for me was disgusting. If you are hoping for a Greek cuisine, this is not the place. The only seafood we had for a 5 day stay was squid- tasted like rubber. Only the salads and fruits were edible, and the breakfast was okay if you like sandwiches. I didn't know it's possible to screw up an omelette or scrambled eggs. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
