Absolutely stunning hotel, rooms big, fresh and comfortable. All staff 5 star, they are busy professional, friendly and provide a fantastic level of service. Franseca on the roof top bar was very helpful. As a couple in our 50's we enjoyed the rooftop adults only space though we will return with our grandchildren to the family area in the not to distant future. The entertainment was above average. Plenty of sun beds, tables and seating. Snack bar food was very good. The outside space 10/10, food 10/10 , drinks 10/10, the location 10/10. Being able to use the spa for free is an added bonus and on the day of departure we were able to shower there. The location is excellent right on the beach, the promenade offers many beach bars and locals dancing on a Sunday night. The centre is very family orientated with a very good mixof all age groups. The train station is 15 mins walk away, give Barcelona and Tarragona a visit. A gem hidden in the Costa Dorada.
Most staff offer 5 star service. Just a couple that let it down.
Location for the hotel is amazing, right on a beautiful beach. Have only given 4 stars because there isn't too much going on around it. It is very easy to get to Barcelona though which is well worth it.
Francesca in the rooftop bar is amazing. She makes everyday a pleasure and genuinely seems pleased to see you.
After staying in Salou, this hotel was a world of difference for us, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice.
The entire hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything feels fresh, clean, and well maintained. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, with a great variety of high-quality food and drinks every day.
One of the highlights was the adults-only rooftop area. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the comfortable sun loungers make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Another big advantage is the location. Parking is available right in front of the hotel, and the beach is literally only 25 meters away. You can walk from your room to the beach in less than a minute.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Great facilities, excellent food, a perfect location, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday experience. An absolute recommendation!
The establishment is quite new or was renovated recently hence it is in a quite good shape. Our room had fantastic view of the beach with 2 balconies that provided ample space for the family to enjoy good time. The room itself was quite large and decent with huge double bed with soft pillows.
During our vacations, the beach was no crowded at all hence it is perfect spot to enjoy quality time with your loved ones. The hotel provides many sunbeds that are normally included in the reservation so plenty of space to relax.
The reservation includes buffet breakfast with large selection of items available everyday. The items are quite diverse and for this only the hotel gets 9/10.
The pool inside was also nice with dedicated play area of kids in it however, the water was very cold. There is a video game area as well as days care center so when the weather is not clear the kids can be kept busy.
Disliked · Although not a big deal but the entry to the underground parking is from the back street and there is no lift going there directly. You have to walk out and then turn left twice before you reach the entry to the car park.
TIP: If you are able to find, the street parking is free around the hotel and streets.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
The spa area and the gym were excellent and made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options every day. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean every day.
A special thank you to Julia and Anna for their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude.
The only small drawback was that tea and coffee were not available during lunch and dinner and could only be ordered at the bar.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and are already planning to come back next year. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic holiday!
