Reading all the previews ratings i eould even dare to stay here. Thank God i didn't see them 1st. The room was spacious and the view was amasing. I was getting cleaning service everyday, changed the towels and bed sheets after 4 th day. We enjoied food variety, the staff, the smoothness if all things going accordingly. They clean the tables after each guest. Sometimes cleared the table waste, as we wore still eating( so u felt like a normal restaurant service). All wore fresh. For the whole week we didnt have same food dishes. The pool was cleaned everyday, even if the threes wore there , we didn't even find a leaf next day. Delicious coffee(i never expected this nice surprise). Cocktails and kids cocktails wore delicious, served by a pool bartenter allways smiling and joking with everyone. Over all we had a great time. I do recomand !
Ultra all inclusive but you go by thier bus 10' to Panorama Beach, if you have room in the bus! Next one is in 30', but if there are many passengers from the beach left behind, the driver calls for the next colleague to come immediately. Mini club is a lady that dances with the kids the same songs every evening from 8 to 9 PM Food is good (not exceptional) and various, for the adults. Should be more types of pasta (not only pizza 3 days in a row) and not so much fries at the kids corner. Red wine is very bad. Rose and white wines are good. At the bars: Cuba Libre good, all other cocktails too sweet. Landscape need improvements. The watersides are old and used. Table tennis is new and good, the pool table is old but the ball set is a wreck. Cleaning is good in the hotel. Personal opinion: worth max. 4 nights. Price / quality ratio very good because we spent about 330€ including parking for 3 nights between 29.06-02.07.2025.
Where can I start. The only positive of the hotel is that it’s only 5 minute walk the the beach and the only positive about the rooms is that they are spacious. However, all the rest are negatives. Most of the staff are very rude and can’t speak English. On the last day at 9:30 a maid opened the and I was thrown out of my room for no reason even though I was allowed to stay in my room till 12. Several times I found cockroaches and spiders which laid their eggs. When I told the staff they didn’t nothing about it. The food isn’t great and often not cooked properly. There are several faults in every room. In every room it’s difficult to close the doors properly and you couldn’t close are bathroom door. Don’t use the hotel towels as if you use them and they get slightly dirty you will pay 20€ per towel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Unfortunately, the hotel was disappointing, we stayed there for 8 days and during this time the room was never cleaned. And we should start with the fact that when we checked in the room was not cleaned and we still had to wait. The room was cleaned in 10 minutes, to be honest, I don't know how you can clean it so quickly, so we checked into a dirty room
The hotel is valuable for what you pay! The rooms are beautiful, but the restaurant and food was a little more crowded and not so good! Food is light and no taste!
