It was wonderful holiday. Almost all staffs are helpful and kind some of them rude. Mostly they are kind. One of them named Ramazan was so kind and helpful to us. He is the best one in that hotel. Best regards to him. When ever we need something during bfast or dinner he always smiling and talking asking tried to help.
We had an amazing stay at the Grand Sapphire Resort & Casino and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus. The highlight of our vacation was definitely the beautiful beachfront location. The beach is clean, well-maintained, and offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding beach service. A special thank you goes to Batuhan and Berk, who provided first-class service throughout our stay. They were always friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. No matter what we needed, they were always there with a smile and a positive attitude. Their hospitality and attention to detail made a huge difference and added so much to our overall experience.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was helpful and courteous, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Thank you to everyone at Grand Sapphire Resort & Casino, especially Batuhan and Berk, for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back!
Berk and batuhan are fantastic Batuhan greets us each morning on the beach with a big smile and we get a great service. All the staff that work on the beach are brilliant they work so hard all day making sure the guests have everything they need they are very polite in my opinion they work the hardest.
If any feedback to be given in general the Prosecco needs to be cold maybe put it in an ice bucket once it’s open warm wine not good.
We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sapphire and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is modern, beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and all amenities are consistently replenished, making our stay comfortable from start to finish.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available every day. Access to the beach was easy and convenient, allowing us to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted without any hassle.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Most employees speak basic English, so as long as you don’t use overly complicated phrases, communication is easy and there is always a way to understand each other.
A special mention goes to Ali, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He is an exceptionally kind, warm-hearted, and helpful person who was always ready to assist us and could always make us smile with his great sense of humor. His positive energy, professionalism, and genuine care for guests make this hotel an even better place. Thank you, Ali, for everything – you are a real asset to this hotel.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly return in the future.
Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until checkout. The service, food, cleanliness, facilities, atmosphere, and staff were all exceptional.
Honestly, some of the negative comments here are really unfair and do not reflect the reality of this hotel at all. This is easily one of the best all-inclusive hotels in the Middle East by far. The quality, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a true relaxing luxury vacation. We will definitely come back again!
