First of all, I would like to emphasise that Cyprus is safe — Please don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful paradise. Louis Althea Hotel was the perfect choice for our family. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the apartments are spacious, the food is excellent, and the location is amazing. However, the true stars of the show are the people. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful individuals. A special thanks to George from the bar — a huge Brazilian football fan — we had such great conversations with him. The entertainment team are simply the best! Ryan is a truly talented performer and fantastic with the children. The rest of the team were equally amazing — Anneli from Norway, the Albanian girl, the French singer, Thomas from Germany, and Lola. My son had so much fun, made lots of friends, and had an unforgettable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon.
This is definitely a child friendly hotel. The entertainment team are what make this hotel better. Ryan and his team are great, Jessie was always polite and great to talk to, she brought out the kid’s confidence, Lambrie was welcoming and always had a smile on her face. Food was nice, large verity just needs to be served a little hotter in temperature. Hotel has a lovely view from the stage balcony area. Is good walking distance to other places outside the hotel, felt very safe at all times. Just could do with a deep clean and a more welcoming feeling from the start. I’m a regular guest of other Louis hotels within Cyprus which have the same star rating where I have been welcomed so highly, that by the end of my holiday it felt like leaving family behind. On that note i personally think the Louis Althea beach hotel definitely has room for improvement and could learn a thing or two.
Absolutely 0 star rating if there was one, this should be a 1 star motel not a 4 star hotel, what in the biggest scam ever from the pictures seen online to what we got. I don't care what kind of excuses they might give but this is absolutely terrible! I don't care if this is just how this floor is structured and each floor is different, if it is you should show everything online! Having only one good room and the rest being like this is truly a disgrace. This structure is absolutely uncomfortable and something that feels more like a kitchen hallway rather than a hotel room.The rooms don't much a standard of a 4 star hotel what so ever, this hotel is in desperate need of renovation and my holiday is ruined because I can't get a comfortable experience at my place of stay. Just because the price includes the all inclusive making it seem reasonable price for a good 4 star hotel experience, meanwhile I realized that it would probably be 70 euros extra in total for all of the days to stay in a way better hotel in the area , without all inclusive but atleast comfort! I do not recommend ever stepping here! It's an absolute scam and until they renovate nobody should be coming here so that they are forced to do so! I swear I have never been so disappointed and angry by the photos compared to an actual experience before in all the hotels I've been too! Truly such a disgrace! SHAME I say Louis althea. SHAME on YOU.
We had a really great time at the hotel overall. There were a few downsides: veal was served rarely, the fruit selection was quite limited, and the room conditions could have been better. However, the amazing entertainment team completely outweighed these issues. Ryan and his team did a fantastic job creating fun activities and, most importantly, were wonderful with the kids, always making them laugh and excited to visit the kids’ club every day, which also gave us some time to relax ourselves. Throughout our stay, everyone was very friendly and welcoming, the cocktails and food were tasty and the rooms were cleaned regularly. We later spent a few days at another Louis hotel where the food quality was better, but the overall atmosphere felt less enjoyable because the staff and entertainment team were not nearly as warm and engaging. We totally recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return one day.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing throughout our visit, always kind and helpful. They even extended our stay after our flight was delayed, which we really appreciated. The hotel is in a great location close to a beautiful beach. Highly recommended!
