Great hotel, in a good location. The hotel has Royal Level guests in their own area and other guests. We were all inclusive and found the food and drinks were if a good standard. The rooms are comfortable, although look a little tired, but perfectly functional. There is free WiFi around the common areas, but i could not connect from the hotel rooms. You may require an eSim. Trust me buy a MOVISTAR and not Vodafone or Orange as the signal inside the hotel/rooms were poor on these networks. The entertainment team work all day long keeping the guests well entertained and the children, although we never bought children with us. A special thanks goes out to Patrice for always having a smile on her face and getting us and other people involved.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious with a great variety of choices. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. We especially loved the animation team – they were energetic, fun, and created a great atmosphere every day with entertaining activities and evening shows. We had a wonderful stay at Occidental Jandía Playa. The hotel is clean, modern, and located just a short walk from the beautiful Jandía Beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh and tasty food, with something different every day. The bars serve a good selection of drinks, and the all-inclusive package is excellent value. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The pools are large and well maintained, and there are plenty of activities during the day as well as evening entertainment. The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in Fuerteventura.
We just come back from a 10 night stay at the playa our first time visiting fuerteventura. Family of 5 and we all had the best time. The hotel was beautiful, great selection of food at meal times, the snack bar was a huge hit with the kids after swimming in the pools all day and constantly hungry or thirsty. My two youngest children ended up going to the Barcy club a couple of mornings as the entertainment team were amazing with children ...special mention to Lucia who my two thought was brilliant. It is about a 15 minute walk to Morro Jable to shops etc easy walk with the kids and could find anything you needed. We had a beautiful sea view from our room. The first few days needed to put towels out early to get a sunbed around pools but during our stay they put lots more new ones out which meant you could normally get a bed abit later. We will definitely be returning at some point. Thank you for making it such a memorable holiday.
