Et uforglemmelig opphold! Den private stranden var nydelig, og utsikten over solnedgangen var helt fantastisk. Spesiell ros til restauranten La Mar, hvor hvert eneste måltid var fantastisk. Ivan ga oss den beste servicen vi opplevde noe sted i byen – vennlig, oppmerksom og virkelig gjestfri. Han gjorde oppholdet vårt enda mer minneverdig. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste og gleder meg til å komme tilbake!
We had another wonderful stay at this hotel, and there is a reason why we keep coming back. Everything is consistently excellent – from the friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful location, comfortable rooms and relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly make a difference. Everyone is welcoming, professional and always willing to help, and we always feel genuinely well looked after. We would especially like to mention Ivan, Bruno and Vedran (Skål Takk!), who we had the pleasure of interacting with throughout our stay. They were always friendly, helpful and welcoming, and truly contributed to making our holiday even more enjoyable. Of course, all the other members of staff we met were wonderful as well. This time, our stay was even more special, and we would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Marić for making our visit such a memorable one. The hotel has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy your holiday. The beach is beautiful, the service is excellent, and everything simply feels effortless from the moment you arrive. We decided to spend a day at the beach at Lacroma Valamar President Hotel, and it was a perfect choice! The beach is beautiful, and the hotel grounds are well maintained. We had dinner while we were there, and the food was good as well, with stunning views of the sunset. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service we received from Ivan. He was attentive, friendly, and really went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed (including great pictures of our group).
AMAZING property. Great rooms , outdoors is incredible. Parking available for $ 12 euros. Great breakfast. Bus # 6 to the old town stops across from the hotel . Dora at the reception gave us an outstanding welcoming and service . No so good at the bar . Three guys servicing with a little bite of an attitude and not the 5 starts service You should get in a hotel this class. When ordering I felt rushed and then I requested a glass with ice and I saw it sitting in the bar , went to check and our waitress said , your ice is there , You c'en take it. Meaning I have to serve myself, despite he not having that many tables to serve . . This happened on October 11 in case management wants to improve their service.
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious and loved having a private patio with chairs. The private beach and sunsets * chef's kiss * this stay was luxurious and I can't wait to come back!
