I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Hotel is located in a beautiful spot with stunning sea views and the hotel buildings are impressive and aesthetically pleasant. It looks like a high-quality, almost luxury hotel but then the hotel services do not match that at all. My main disappointment was the quality of food and drinks. Only decent coffee you can get is from patisserie next to pool or pool bar, the coffee in buffet restaurant was very poor quality. The wine included in AI package was simply undrinkable, Regarding food, I understand all-inclusive buffet food is never the best quality and that you have to accept when choosing all-inclusive hotel but also the a la carte restaurants were a disappointment, especially Asian restaurant Hanami which was supposed to be the gem restaurant at the resort but the quality was actually worst than Chinese restaurant buffet back home. We had a room with shared pool which was a really nice one. However the shower in the room was with very poor pressure - with the price we pay for this room you should simply have a more high-quality shower. Apparently it was the same in all the rooms, according to neighbors we had. Daily cleaning was very surface level. Beach and pools at the hotel were nice, although in the pools it is almost impossible to get a sunbed if you don’t reserve it with a towel right in the morning. Late checkout prices are outrageous, many hundred euros for a couple of hours. Overall mediocre experience in this hotel, would not go back unfortunately.
We are having an amazing stay at this hotel! The dining experience has been fantastic, especially during the evenings on the terrace. The entertainment team does a brilliant job keeping everyone happy and engaged. While all the waiters here are great, two of them truly stood out and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Adonis is absolutely top-notch (10/10!)—not only is his service flawless, but he also has an incredible energy that always cheered us up. Debora was equally wonderful, incredibly attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. They both made our holiday truly special. Highly recommended

So, I came here for a week with my family at the start of June this year. I was not prepared for how spacious and beatiful the entire resort was. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the services amazing, and even the location was quite nice. There were activities and the pools were nicely clean and there was space to swim. The walk to the beach was super short and the free usage of sunchairs extremely useful. It didn't take super long to get to Lindos, maybe a little over half an hour on a taxi. It was fairly quiet as the hotel is located at a slightly more remote area. The staff was super friendly and my father actually became really good friends with a staff member. The views are very nice. Overall, I'd recommend this to families, especially with children as there were activities designated for them. I must say, this has got to be the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
We all loved our stay, extended family, and we all think it’s the best resort we’ve stayed in. Beach is absolutely stunning. Staff are tremendously kind and hospitable. And we were just blown away by the quality of the food, meal after meal. Rooms were good. Only downside might be distance to beach if you have mobility issues, but we found it the perfect walk. We definitely hope to return, so hard to leave!
