Lovely hotel and rooms excellent. Staff extremely helpful and good range of food for a 4* All Inclusive. Awareness of allergens and generally displayed. Chef in black wear extremely helpful. Offer GF pancakes and GF toast if you ask. Jacuzzi suite is lovely with an excellent balcony. Only down side is people are hanging towels over the balconies everywhere, which makes things look untidy. Wider/larger dryer required on balcony.
Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms with a relaxed atmosphere, felt very safe. Food is great and varied even fussy kids found nice meals everyday. All the staff around every part of the hotel work tirelessly to make the hotel run like clockwork, nothing is too much trouble for any them. Great location for venturing whether to the sea front or getting on public transport to see the sites. Thanks to all for a great holiday. Would definitely recommend to anyone, Thanks again.
This place is fantastic. Great location in paphos very close to the harbour area and front where there is loads to do. Also very close to a huge modern shopping mall. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and isn't overly big either. It never feels overly busy despite it being fully booked. MYbe because it's not huge. The rooms are very nest and tidy. I'd definitely recommend getting a swim up room. SVes so much hassle if having a pool day. Yoi get your own space too and the sunbeds are better than the ones round the pool. Food here is as good as iv experienced. Differing theme each night and there will be something for everyone even for the fussiest of eaters. They Have a dedicated kids section for food too which has toir usuall kids stuff. Daytime food is brilliant too. The staff here are amazing too. So attentive and polite without being over the top. Cannot say enough good things about this place.
Just arrived back from Sofianna resort and the place is beautiful and in a great location. We booked a swim up apartment but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The private swim up pool is right next to the childrens park and swimming pool so families take up all that area and so do stag nights and hen parties. It turned out not to be as prestigious or idyllic, so a waste of £500 extra for the privilege of hooliganism and screaming children. Food was fantastic, service was excellent and rooms were beautiful. However, i was disappointed in the swim up apartments experience and the hotel needs to be an adult only hotel for me to return again.
We recently enjoyed a fantastic 5-night all-inclusive stay here, and it absolutely deserves its multiple 5-star reviews! The service from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and spa staff was exceptional. Our family of four (with a teenager and a toddler) had a perfectly laid-out room that was comfortable, clean, and offered great views. The resort has two large main pools and a fantastic kids' pool with water slides. The kids' club (run by the brilliant Bella) was a welcome addition when the sun got too hot. While sunbeds get reserved early, we always managed to find one. The food was brilliant, featuring daily themed buffets alongside staples for the kids. The daytime snack bar and self-serve ice cream were incredibly convenient for families! The entertainment team did a great job day and night, contributing to a genuinely great atmosphere across the resort. The location is also ideal—just a 5-minute walk to the seafront promenade, 5 minutes to the harbour, and 15 minutes to Vrisoudia Beach. Finally, as we travelled with Jet2, their on-resort check-in was a game-changer for our 11 PM flight. They took our suitcases at 11 AM, and the hotel safely stored our hand luggage, gave us full resort access all day, and provided shower towels before our transfer. We skipped baggage drop at the airport and headed straight to security. All in all, a fantastic resort. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would certainly return to Paphos!
