We had a wonderful stay, and the animation team was one of the highlights of our holiday! They were incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made everyone feel welcome.
The children's entertainment was absolutely fantastic. The activities were fun, creative, and well organized, and the animators were so kind and caring with the kids. Our children looked forward to the mini club and evening mini disco every single day!
Thank you for making our family vacation so special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel, especially to families with children!
We had a very pleasant holiday and were left with a very good impression of the hotel. 🤍
The staff were friendly, the hotel was well maintained and clean, and the rooms and facilities provided all the comfort we needed.
The entertainment team was very involved and attentive with the children, creating a lovely, family-friendly atmosphere.
The food was varied, with plenty of options for all tastes, including suitable choices for babies and young children. We also really appreciated the wide variety of snacks available between meals.
Another great advantage was the free shuttle service to the beach, which runs every hour and made getting to and from the beach very convenient.
The aquapark was also a nice feature; however, the water was too cold, especially for children, which unfortunately limited the amount of time they could spend there.
Another aspect that could be improved is the WiFi connection, which did not work very well during our stay. Improving this service would make the overall guest experience even better.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. It is a great choice for families with children, and we would happily recommend it.
It was almost perfect with great cost value rate. Just some things a didn t like.
Bathroom is a bit small with no shelves.
Cleaning ladies could be more polite.
The bed linen a bit worn out
Trail tot the beach has two wooden bridges which have missing boards.
I liked very much the food, the beds, the entertainment, the pools, the general staff attitude, the working out facilities etc.
I have been in many places around the world but this one has offered a lot for a family with two children.
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the animation. You all did an incredible job - it looks beautiful, smooth, and full of life. The attention to detail is amazing!
Topola Skies also looks like a wonderful place to relax. The views are stunning, the atmosphere feels peaceful, and everything looks so well designed. I hope I'll have the chance to visit again one day.
Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you for creating something so enjoyable!
Amazing place with great staff.
They were very professional.
The rooms were very well kept and all necessities were in the room.
In the restaurant the food was very tasty.
On the grounds of the complex there are two shops for small items or even snacks, which are very convenient.
One note for improvement are the beverages from the dispensers, they lacked taste and were very watery.
All in all an amazing location, at first might be a little confusing to find, due to very small directing signs and a bit narrow road word the resort, but it worth “the hunt”
9,5 would recommend for family vacations and especially for weddings! The chef Didi Mavrodieva made sure that all of our guests are well fed with quality food.
Thank you for your hospitality!
