I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful five-star hotel, and my experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their professionalism and warm hospitality. The buffet was absolutely outstanding, offering a huge variety of dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with exceptional quality. It was one of the best hotel buffets I have ever experienced. The à la carte restaurants were equally impressive, especially the Italian restaurant. The food was authentic, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A special compliment goes to the chef, who did an amazing job creating unforgettable dishes. Every course reflected great passion, creativity, and attention to detail. Overall, my stay was truly memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, outstanding cuisine, and exceptional service. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
We had a wonderful experience during our family stay. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Younes, the Guest Relations Manager, who was exceptionally professional, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His excellent service truly made our stay more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Jackson from the beach bar. He was extremely kind, friendly, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with the hospitality and would happily recommend ZEUS Eleva Ajul to others. This resort is exceptionally beautiful, with stunning views and lush surroundings. The location and overall atmosphere are outstanding; however, the management was disappointing. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, and we were unable to check in until 4:00 PM because it had been cleaned very late. The swimming pool was not clean, and during our four-night stay, the bed sheets were changed only once. The evening bar service was extremely poor. We waited approximately 25 minutes for a single drink because there was only one bartender, who was unable to prepare even basic cocktails. The pool bar was also understaffed, and once again, the cocktails were not worth ordering. The food was disappointing. The selection was limited, and fish was not served on any day of our stay. The restaurant staff worked hard but were clearly overwhelmed due to insufficient staffing. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful resort is undermined by poor management and severe understaffing. With proper management and adequate staffing, this property could be outstanding.
We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our holidays, and overall the experience was great. The service was excellent, and the food was also very good. We really enjoyed the main restaurant with the self-service buffet, but the other two restaurants were amazing as well. The pools were clean and enjoyable, and the monitoring staff around the hotel were friendly, hardworking, and always attentive. The rooms themselves were good and comfortable, but the cleaning service could definitely improve. Even after the room was cleaned, there were still hairs and some dirt left on the floor and especially on the sheets. One staff member that I will always remember is the driver Alex. He truly deserves every penny he earns. He was professional, kind, and always helpful. When I come back, I honestly hope to see him promoted because people like him make the experience special. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.
The location was perfect, and the beach was beautiful with crystal-clear water. The only staff member who left a positive impression was the young man at the beach bar, who was very polite, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were arrogant and far from welcoming. The food, which is one of the most important aspects of an all-inclusive hotel, was very disappointing. There was very little variety, and the same dishes were often served for both lunch and dinner. The pasta was dry and repeatedly served with the same sauce. What was even more surprising was the complete lack of seafood. During our four-day stay, a fish that was labeled as salmon was served only once, but it did not resemble the taste of salmon at all. The restaurant that required a reservation was hardly any different from the main buffet, offering almost the same food. The only difference was the pizza. Ironically, there was never any pizza available in the buffet throughout our stay. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that the price of this hotel is not justified by the quality of the services provided. Considering the high cost of the stay, we expected a much better food selection, higher-quality service, and a more professional attitude from the staff. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet those expectations. Overall, the location and the sea were excellent, but the food quality, lack of variety, and the attitude of most of the staff did not match the standards expected from an all-inclusive resort, especially at this price point.
