A truly refined and well-balanced hotel experience.
The sea view is beautiful and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offers an excellent variety with quality products.
The location is ideal, close to everything while still maintaining a calm and enjoyable atmosphere.
What really elevates the experience, however, is the staff — professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, which is something you don’t always find.
Everything feels well thought out and properly executed.
This is how hospitality should be done. Highly recommended.
An excellent hotel for a family vacation. The beach is spacious, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times, and the gradual entrance into the sea makes it perfect for families with young children. Right next to the beach, there is a pool and a bar offering a wide selection of drinks and snacks, and free ice cream is served daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The food is good and varied, with plenty of fresh fruit, salads, and desserts. The staff in both the restaurant and at the reception are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.
We stayed in a maisonette as a family of five (two adults and three children), and it was comfortable and spacious enough for us. The air conditioning works very well. The only downside was that the room cleanliness could have been a bit better.
The water park, gym, and entertainment team are a big plus, especially for families with children. Our kids enjoyed taking part in the daily activities, and the evening shows were well organized and entertaining.
Overall, my wife, our children, and I had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
This is a modest, pleasant hotel, inviting with refined colors and a staff that tries so hard to please, we managed to return there again and again four times and each time we were satisfied. The hotel offers spacious lawns, two-level accommodation buildings between green paths. These next to the main building, the spacious lobby decorated with pleasant and relaxing natural materials, the charming view at the end of the lobby when you go down the stairs towards the pool and the sea. All of these cause a feeling of pleasure and relaxation when visiting this hotel. The meals are very varied and everyone can find something that suits them.
As a father travelling with my wife and our infant, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a 4-star property.
The room we were given was simply too small for a family with a baby. Once we had our luggage, the pram and the baby cot inside, there was barely any space left to move around.
We had also paid for an apartment for my sister in law, who unfortunately was unable to travel. Since it had already been paid for, I asked whether we could use it ourselves or upgrade, as it would have solved our space issue. We were told no, despite the apartment remaining unused.
The lack of space became such a problem that I ended up sleeping on the floor every night so that my wife could sleep safely with our baby, who refused to sleep in the cot. Sleeping on the floor during a family holiday is simply unacceptable.
On top of that, there was a constant noise coming from the air conditioning system throughout the night, even though our own unit was switched off. It made getting a proper night’s sleep almost impossible.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. Apart from replacing towels and changing the bed linen, the room was not properly cleaned or vacuumed during our stay.
The most upsetting part of our holiday happened in the restaurant. One of the high chairs was faulty, and our baby fell out, hitting his head and back. As a parent, watching that happen was terrifying. Thankfully, the injuries were not more serious, but this could easily have ended much worse. Equipment intended for children should always be inspected and maintained to ensure it is safe.
The food was average at best, and the drinks were of very poor quality. The wine and cocktails were particularly disappointing.
Overall, this experience was nowhere near what we expected from a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this property to other families, and I certainly would not choose to stay here again. also will not be using Lastminute.com again, as I was extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled from start to finish.
The room was lovely, good air-con. They had good, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The people who worked there were really kind and friendly. I didn’t get to explore much of the resort but the spots I saw were lovely. They have a beach right at the resort and they have water activities which look very awesome. It’s a great place to stay. The food was very nice too 👌
