Our experience at Concordia Celes has been extremely disappointing. Honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel is considered a 5-star resort offering Ultra All Inclusive.
The room was far below what we expected and nowhere near the standard you would expect from a hotel in this category. The food was also a major disappointment — poor quality, an underwhelming selection, and overall far below what we expected from a 5-star resort.
The cocktails were extremely weak as well. The taste and quality were very disappointing and certainly did not feel like an Ultra All Inclusive experience.
We came here to relax, eat well and enjoy good drinks. Unfortunately, the hotel has disappointed us in all three areas.
For the price we paid, this experience is simply not worth it. There are much better alternatives in Antalya for the same budget.
I would not recommend Concordia Celes to anyone looking for a quality 5-star or Ultra All Inclusive experience. The hotel seriously needs to improve its rooms, food and beverage quality.
Honest Hotel Review: 2/5
If you arrive before the official check in time, for example at 11:00 AM, you are asked to pay an additional €20 if you want to access your room earlier.
The room itself was no more than what I would expect from a 2 star hotel. The air conditioning was working, but it had some issues. There was no Wi Fi available in the rooms unless you paid an additional €12 per week. The free Wi Fi was only available at the reception and lobby area.
The refrigerator in the room did not actually cool anything and seemed to be there mostly for appearance. The bathroom did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. The shower cabin doors did not close properly, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom throughout our stay.
Regarding towels, they were not changed regularly, despite information stating that they would be. We had to leave a written note asking the staff to change them. The housekeeping staff were also quite rude. Even when we placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, they could still use their key to enter the room without our permission, even while we were inside.
As for the food, there was a good variety, and I cannot say that it was bad or unpleasant. I would rate the food around 4/5. However, the menu was exactly the same every day, with very little to no variation throughout our stay.
Another major issue was communication. Most of the staff did not speak English, and whenever we had a request or needed assistance, we often felt ignored. There was also no clear way to properly address complaints or requests.
The drinks were unlimited, but the quality was quite poor. Do not expect branded drinks such as Fanta or Coca Cola like the ones you would normally buy in a shop.
The only thing that was truly worth it was the beach. It was close to the hotel, clean, well organised, and had umbrellas and proper seating areas.
I would also recommend being careful with the excursions offered through the hotel or local representatives. Some of them seemed significantly overpriced. We found the same or very similar excursions on GetYourGuide for around 50% less.
Overall rating: ⭐⭐ 2/5
Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5. Unfortunately, based on my experience, if I visit Turkey again, I would not choose this hotel for my holiday. The beach was definitely the highlight, but the room conditions, cleanliness, communication, housekeeping and lack of variety in the food made the overall experience disappointing.
We just came home from this hotel.
Its a beautiful hotel but let me tell u few things. The food is everyday the same. After like 3 days u gonna be sick of it. We had diarrhea and vomited.
Theres no entertainment for young ppl. The animation team ends around midnight and then theres "disco" which is so trash the dj needs to do better job its so boring and the songs are also everynight the same.
U have to wake up super early to take seats at the beach or pool.
The bed in rooms are so bad.
If u gonna have all inclusive u wont havw any benefits just food... and ice cream is only from 14:30 to 15:30? Idk but only 1h!!!
Rude personnel. Really Turkey lost its touch. I felt like I am back at Soviet time where they do not know what a real service is. Where is famous Turkish hospitality? Gone long ago. Majority of personnel are not even Turkish. I can really name only 2 people who were kind, helpful and smiley: an old man who baked pide and an old lady who cleaned the rooms. The rest look very annoyed, irritated, and even animation girl who supposed to be cheering and making a positive atmosphere was walking with a sour face like she was absent. Hygiene is bad. It stinks like sewerage in the rooms, at the reception and even at the beach. There is also a smell of a cheap male perfume used to cover that terrible odor which makes it even worse. Also carpets on the upper floors stink, they should be removed. Music is unbearably loud, not accepted decibels even for the hotels with animation. You just sit there at the show thinking it is too loud and suddenly in the middle of performance DJ will make it even louder. Food was so so, and we got a food poisoning (not in the hotel) and the rest of vacation we just ate rice and potatoes. So did many other people, and we learned that more people were sick. Cheese, ham, desserts were not eatable. A lot of processed food. And coffee was not drinkable at all. Well, never coming back to Turkey again. I used to live there, and after 9 years of living abroad and going on vacation to Greece during that time, I was looking forward to to come back to Turkey, but it is not the same country any more.
I had a wonderful stay at Concordia Celes Hotel and was very satisfied with the service. I would especially like to thank Ferhat and Mizgin for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their excellent customer service truly made a positive difference. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the great work of Ferhat and Mizgin. Thank you!
