We had a truly wonderful stay here. The food was good — not extremely special or very extensive, but definitely enjoyable. The swimming pool is lovely, and if you want to swim in the sea, you can either walk there in just a few minutes or take the free shuttle bus. At the beach you’ll find sunbeds and you can get water as well.
It’s not a super‑luxury hotel, and in my opinion it’s probably not a full five‑star experience, but that wasn’t our expectation anyway. The price–quality ratio is simply very good. Almost everyone here is friendly and helpful.
Our special thanks go to the cleaner, Bahar — a very kind and incredibly hardworking woman who keeps smiling despite the busy workload. Our room was spotless every time we returned. We also had an issue with the shower, which Ali, the technician, fixed very quickly. Another friendly man with a warm smile. So important.
We would like to thank you all for our wonderful stay.
Before I start, I have to mention one thing. There is a woman walking around the hotel asking guests to leave 5-star reviews. I think reviews should be honest and based on each guest's own experience, not requested during the holiday.
The hotel is made up of around 80% local Turkish families, with the remaining guests being a mix of Polish, Serbian, English and other nationalities. Despite being busy during the day, it became quiet after 11:00 pm, which was great for families and anyone wanting a peaceful night's sleep.
The room itself wasn't bad, but the bathroom definitely needs renovation. The shower was poor, and the worst part was the unpleasant smell coming from the toilet throughout our stay.
Food was available almost all day. As an adult, I could always find something to eat, but it was much harder for my children. They mostly lived on chips because the pasta dishes they wanted were usually cold. The outdoor BBQ was also disappointing, with meat sometimes being served undercooked. Overall, we had mixed feelings about the food.
The drinks were much better. There was a great selection of soft drinks, which made the children happy. The beer was surprisingly good, while the spirits were local brands and could have been of better quality.
The staff were friendly and tried their best to help, but almost none of them spoke English, which made communication very difficult.
The swimming pools were one of the best parts of the hotel. They were clean, well maintained and enjoyable for both adults and children.
The biggest disappointment for families was the Wi-Fi. There was no internet connection in our room, only a very weak signal on the balcony. The best connection was around the pool area. I'll attach photos showing the Wi-Fi signal.
Overall, this hotel is definitely not a 5-star property. Based on our experience, we would rate it somewhere between 2.5 and 3 stars. It has some positives, especially the pools, drinks and peaceful evenings, but there are too many shortcomings to justify a higher rating.
I was on a trip with my whole family, and I have to say that the service was excellent, especially from the poolside bartenders, John and Samet. They were always friendly, funny, and professional, and they truly made our stay more enjoyable. They definitely deserve a bonus! Special greetings to John – thank you for always knowing my order before I even reached the bar. See you next time!

Our stay at the hotel was really great and truly lived up to our expectations.
We were really impressed with the hotel’s amenities, the staff’s attitude, and their constant willingness to help any time:
● The hotel is just a 10 minutes walk from the beach or quick 3 minutes shuttle ride provided by the hotel.
● The all inclusive package is definitely worth it with food and drinks and snack bar available throughout the day and into the night, including midnight soup.
● The hotel has great facilities, including two large swimming pools and a kids water slide which were perfect for both us and the children during our stay.
● The hotel provides great entertainment
for both kids and adults, with daytime activities by the pool and evening shows that kept everyone engaged.
Most importantly, our biggest thanks goes to Sezgin (Guest Relations Manager), who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable and enjoyable.
We’d also like to thank the following staff members:
• Mahmud
• Günnur
• Deniz
Avoid this hotel because of the food, it is no where near a 5 star, the food was not only cold most of the time, luke warm at best but their was flies everywhere , we had to eat out after the first day , snack bar is not much better, cold burger & chips most days , if you are lucky a chicken wrap and luke warm chips! Ice cream available at 3pm is a funny chocolate lolly, no choice at all, staff look like they dont want to be there . Sunbeds were in a state, dirty and broken , the cushions were all stained , pool side dirty, tables not wiped, more flies !! Drinks are ok , coffee machine spits out treacle like coffee, no tea available.
Dont bother with the entertainment, doesn't start till 10pm outside, this time of year its chilly, we ate out every night so extra expense for us.
The cleaners were great , clean towels every day and very friendly, photo guy was really friendly as well , we wont be returning, we love turkey and have been many times , will stay else where in future!
