A hotel with a beautiful view of a small beach. 3 minutes to the beach. It's a bit of a walk to the center, and parking is a real problem! The hotel is also wonderfully renovated and offers several outdoor pools and an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There was a different live band performing every day, and they were all fantastic! The breakfast menu was extensive, with good quality food and local products. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Minuses: no parking, extra charge for an in-room safe. Unfortunately, the end of June is characterized by the town, which is a walk away, being completely deserted and offering few restaurants, and the food in the restaurants is very average. It's also perfect for families with children, as the pool is very accessible and clean. I recommend it!
The staff are extremely rude, especially in the kitchen and dining area. The food is absolutely tasteless! The desserts are moldy - it seems like if guests don’t eat them, they keep serving the same ones for days until someone does. The melon and watermelon smell awful, as if they have already gone bad. On top of that, if you are just two minutes late, they refuse to let you eat, which is simply ridiculous. This hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard. At best, it deserves 2 stars. If you can’t or won’t do something, at least learn how to explain it with a smile and show some courtesy. Basic friendliness and respect toward guests should be expected.
We are just back from a week here and the experience was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was lovely with amazing sea views. All meals were very nice. Location was perfect - quiet, nice walks, lovely beach. Hotel has just been renovated and it shows. Definitely recommend staying
I would like to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, we experienced difficulties finding parking, as there were no available spaces at the hotel. After driving around for approximately 30 minutes, we were forced to park on a poorly lit street some distance away. As we were travelling with numerous bags due to our upcoming wedding, we explained our situation to staff but were not offered any assistance. The check-in process was also problematic, as our booking had been registered under the wrong name. Once we received our room keys and entered the room, we found multiple long, dark hairs on the bed, in the shower, and on the towels, which raised concerns about the cleanliness standards. In addition, the in-room safe required an additional charge to use and appeared to be broken. When I reported these issues to reception, I was offered a different room. However, the replacement room was significantly smaller and unsuitable for our needs, particularly given the amount of luggage we had, so we chose to remain in the original room also second room was facing the bins Throughout our stay, we found the staff to be generally unfriendly and unwelcoming, with very limited interaction or assistance provided, particularly in the breakfast area and bars. We also encountered further inconvenience when visiting the pool. We discovered that we had not been given the required towel card and had to return to reception, where we waited approximately 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Additionally, we were not informed upon arrival of the breakfast or dinner service times. When we later asked whether our dinner allocation could be exchanged for lunch, we were informed that this was not possible as the hotel does not offer a lunch buffet. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Unfortunately, we chose this hotel to relax and unwind before our wedding, but instead we found ourselves dealing with a series of avoidable issues that caused unnecessary stress. Given the price of our stay, we expected a much higher standard of service and attention to detail. Based on our experience, we believe there are many better-value alternatives available. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience of future guests.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property has been beautifully renovated, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with exceptionally friendly staff making the morning experience even better. The wellness area is lovely, and the bay with its picture-perfect beach is absolutely stunning – a real highlight. There are a couple of downsides: the sauna is often used without towels, which can feel a bit unhygienic, and the rooms are only cleaned with a broom, so they’re not completely spotless. Overall, though, it’s a gorgeous hotel with great amenities and a breathtaking location – I will definitely visit again!
