We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Waterworld and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, welcoming, and focused on making guests feel comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of pools, water slides, activities, and entertainment for both children and adults. There is always something to do, but at the same time, there are plenty of spaces where you can simply relax and enjoy your holiday. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, especially with our daughter. Their attention and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The food had a great variety, and we were especially impressed by how accommodating the hotel was with our daughter’s severe food allergies. The staff took our concerns seriously and made us feel much more comfortable and confident during meals, which meant a lot to us as parents. The entertainment was also great, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was lively, fun, and family-friendly without feeling overwhelming. Overall, Crystal Waterworld gave us exactly what we wanted from a family holiday: fun, relaxation, great service, and wonderful memories together. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a fantastic holiday in Antalya. Considering the age of the hotel, the rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The tiles in the corridors, rooms, and even in the water park were intact and free of any damage or cracks. Daily cleaning and maintenance were carried out regularly. In the restaurant, if a guest accidentally broke a plate or a dish, they were not blamed or treated negatively. On the contrary, the staff’s reaction was very professional and respectful, which reflects the excellent management of this complex. English is commonly spoken only at the reception and lobby areas. Other staff members have difficulty understanding English, so communication can sometimes be challenging. The public restrooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel’s Wi-Fi coverage was amazing, with good speed throughout the entire property, even by the seaside. The water park was very exciting and attractive, creating wonderful memories for the children. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Nasim, who speaks Persian fluently. She handled every issue we had in the best possible way and was always helpful. The reception team’s attitude was excellent, and they even provided our room one hour earlier than the official check-in time. Upon arrival, while we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were able to use all hotel facilities. The Latin American restaurant was excellent, and the Italian restaurant was also very good. The main restaurant had a wide variety of food and offered something suitable for almost every taste. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and appreciate the efforts of the hotel management and staff.
Had a family vacay here. The hotel is nice, I guess it offers a solid services for price/value. Room was fine, AC was definitely working. Imho the ac is really cold inside of the hotel. I noticed many people sneezing and so did we started after a while. Food options were huge, food was mostly delicious :) this hotel offers alot and is family oriented, all those water slide attractions were cool! Around the hotel you'll find plenty of shops to get yourself smth but if you wanna see something nice you gotta rent a car and go elsewhere for sure. Belek, Side, Manavgat, Antalya or Alanya. Land of the Legends is close for example. The hotel's wellness was okay. I've had better, not the nicest part about the hotel. Staff was kind, can't say anything bad about it. In general we enjoyed our stay! If you're down to just chill, this place offers a lot.. Thank you.
This was hands down the best hotel we have ever visited! Every single aspect of our stay was absolutely perfect. The service was top-notch, and the food menu offered an incredible variety of delicious options every day. What we loved most as parents was how completely safe and secure the entire resort felt for our children, allowing us to fully relax. All of the staff members were exceptionally polite, professional, and respectful. We would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Nasim. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, and her outstanding hospitality truly made this an amazing and memorable experience for our family. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to come back!
The hotel is nice and has a lot to offer. It can get quite crowded but staff make it pleasant with there service. A big thank you to Fatma from guest relations she was so nice and helpful to us during our stay. She speaks English very fluently. She was always smiling and friendly. It was really nice meeting her and she definitely made our experience better.
