Me and my boyfriend just came from a week here. Overall I’d say I’ve had a good time. The hotel it self needs some refurbishment in some areas but the people who work there are great. The animation team made up of Joe, Vaida, Alisa, Quinten and Zita were doing a great job everyday especially with the kids and even adults. Many activities during the day like volleyball, water polo, darts, bocce and aqua gym and Zumba, I just wish they would change it up day to day to make it more interesting. At night there were different activities every night including bingo, mini disco for kids, people from outside coming in like dancers and singers. The pool bar staff Nikos and Marta deserve a special thank you, they were one of the biggest highlights of my holiday with great service and always smiling and kind and open for a chat. They made this holiday one to remember forever. The beach was nice but rocky with stuff from the sea on the shore( obviously) but I wish it could be something that was cleared out more often but the sea was warm. The pool was warm in the afternoon and a little cold In the morning( self explanatory), more regulation with towels is needed as people tend to take the mick when leaving them on sunbeds for the whole day without being there. The food I enjoyed, they tried to do something new every evening for dinner which I enjoyed, while still leaving specific options for more picky eaters like pizza or spaghetti and the food was tasty. Reception also offers cheap transfers into Old Town and New town Rhodes on a coach. Overall, my experiences at the hotel were amazing including the facilities food and people but the actual rooms could be a little improved.
We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. We also liked that the dinner buffet changed every evening, so there was always something new to try. We stayed for three days, which was the perfect amount of time for us. If we had stayed longer, we probably would have gotten a bit bored, as there isn't much entertainment for either adults or children. The hotel is best suited for those looking for a peaceful beach holiday. We definitely recommend renting a car, as there is nothing to do within walking distance. Overall, we think this hotel offers excellent value for money
After checking out of the Blue Bay Resort because we simply couldn’t tolerate our stay there any longer, we urgently needed somewhere else to stay. From the moment we walked into this hotel, we immediately felt a sense of calm. The atmosphere was soothing, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after such a stressful experience. Lovely pool and the lazy river was great! A well balanced mix of couples and families enjoying their stay. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. We were understandably anxious on arrival, and she was incredibly kind and understanding. She even showed us the suite before we committed to booking, which really put our minds at ease and demonstrated genuine care for her guests. Our suite was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt able to finally relax. The food was another highlight. There was a lovely selection of fresh salads at lunch, along with authentic, freshly prepared dishes that were delicious every day. The entertainment was also perfectly balanced fun and enjoyable without ever feeling intrusive. If you wanted to join in, you could, but if you preferred a quieter evening, it remained pleasantly in the background. Every member of staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We are so grateful we found this hotel when we did, and it completely turned our holiday around. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and well run hotel. 🤩
Nice hotel with lovely, friendly staff. A special thanks to Mohammed from the dining room and George from the pool bar—they were both incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The only downside for me, as a mother of two young children, was that the kids’ pool was very cold, so it wasn’t very convenient for them to enjoy it. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes every day. The views were breathtaking and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!
