Elinotel Sermilia Resort – All inclusive

Very pleasant experience. A strong 4.5 rating. Friendly staff, a clean and comfortable hotel, with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The beach is very close, and the location is especially nice for families with children. The food is tasty. Of course, it depends on personal preferences, but with such a wide variety of options, everyone can find something they like. The rooms are cleaned every day, so everything is kept very clean and tidy. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I chose Elinotel Sermilia Resort based on the photos, videos, and the fact that the hotel presents itself as a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, what you see online is extremely far from reality. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel can be presented as a 5-star resort. In my experience, it does not even come close. From the very beginning, the experience was disappointing: * The parking situation is terrible. * The Wi-Fi/internet was practically unusable. * The bathroom had no proper ventilation. * There were not enough towels. * There was nowhere suitable to dry clothes. * The room cleaning felt like it was done just for appearance rather than properly. * The food was extremely disappointing. Dishes shown on the menu were sometimes unavailable and replaced with completely different options. The overall quality was nowhere near what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. * The beach area was also a major disappointment, especially the condition and availability of the sunbeds. What made the situation even worse is that these problems actually forced me to spend additional money every single day. I had to leave the hotel to find another beach and eat somewhere else because I simply could not enjoy the beach and food at the resort. This meant significant extra expenses on top of what I had already paid for my stay. What is most frustrating is the huge difference between what is advertised online and what you actually experience when you arrive. I came here expecting to be impressed by a 5-star resort. Instead, I left extremely disappointed and feeling that the rating does not reflect the actual experience at all. I would never write a review over something minor, or simply because one thing did not work properly. I understand that small problems can happen anywhere. But when so many basic things are wrong at the same time, I cannot simply stay silent. I am sharing this because I genuinely do not want anyone else to have the same experience I had. People spend their hard-earned money expecting a 5-star holiday, and they deserve to get what they are paying for. Think twice before booking this hotel based only on the photos and videos you see online. My experience was completely different from what was advertised.

I just got back home, me and my partner stayed for 6 nights, from 6th to 12th august. Our experiance was great. We knew that we would get a room on the first floor and we were okay with that. We arrived at about 13.00 and were greted very niceli, got our bracelets and ate lunch and drank coffe while we waited to go to our room. The room was really big and nice, clean, air conditioning was also working perfectly. As a picky eater i always found what to eat, and i liked the food realy much. My partner ate all kindes of fish almost every day. There were 4 types of eggs every morning, pasterys, chees, fruit, pancakes... Lunch was also always diferent. We didnt use the pool, we liked the beach more. This is more of a family place, but we didnt mind. Everything was clean, our room was cleaned every day at about 14.00h. The cleaning lady was really nice. Boys who work at the pool bar were always smiling and having fun and are super nice. The bartenders at the lobby bar were also super professiomal and nice. We went to the roof bar every night and loved it the most. The older bartender was extremely nice to me, always saying something nice. I have to mentione the cleaners at the restorant, they were so fast and also really nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and we were so happy and satisfied there. Its a small place, but if you are looking for a calm vacation its great. Drinks were also good. I was scared after reading rewieves, but i was proven wrong. We had a great time.

I do not understand why she received so many reviews, the hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and maintained, the cleaning lady comes every day and washes, changes the bed linen, the food is always diversified, it does not repeat, I really did not expect it to be so good, the juices from the dispenser are no name but instead there are other good drinks. I really recommend The sea is very quiet and clean in the area, the beach is also very clean, nothing to object to.

Yesterday our stay at the hotel ended, there were 6 of us from Bulgaria. The staff is very friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel is visible as soon as you enter the reception. The food is extremely delicious. Everything was great. We will come back again.
