I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. The sea-view room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and all the little touches and amenities provided by the hotel made my stay even more pleasant. The customer service was excellent. All the staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The food was also very good and there was a nice variety overall. The only small downside is that for guests who don’t eat meat or who eat halal, there aren’t as many fish options available, which is a little disappointing. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The beautiful sea view, cleanliness, welcoming staff, and quality of service made the experience very enjoyable.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Grifid encanto beach hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you also goes to the animation team, my boys love the activities and the disco. They did an excellent job creating a fun and positive atmosphere every day. We would also like to praise the hotel staff, who were always very friendly, smiling, and helpful. A huge thank you goes to Teodora, who took care of everything well in advance and made sure we had an absolutely fantastic holiday. We agreed on every detail beforehand, and nothing was ever a problem.

I do not recommend it to families with small children. We chose this hotel for a week-long stay with a child of about one and a half years old. Immediately after a very early morning arrival, it turned out that we would not get a room quickly - despite having done it through a travel agency beforehand. Worse, there was no good place to embrace the baby after the trip - we would change them in the luggage compartment. The pools were almost empty because there was very cold water in all of them. The coldest: in a children's paddling pool. The only warm one was the 16+ swimming pool. The warmest water in the sea was actually the warmest - but you don't swim there with such a small child. In the room, the double bed was slid from two separate beds. A gap was formed in the middle, into which the child slid. One of the cabinets was decorated on the corners with metal details that could be used to hurt each other. The front door lacked any lock or lock - the child could get up at night and quietly go outside only by tugging at the door handle. There is a separate smoking area on the restaurant's terrace, which is a fiction: smoke carries across the terrace. Fortunately, no smoking is allowed in the room. The choice of food for children is symbolic: two jar flavors and one fruit mousse. In our case, it wasn't a big problem, but for parents of smaller children, that means extra shopping at a nearby "supermarket." There are also time windows (e.g. between 17 and 18) when you can not get any snacks - you have to remember this when planning your child's meals. The minor shortcomings include the smell of mustiness in the hallway, unwashed spare bedding in the closet (hair on the pillowcase), noisy sewerage and not always clean cutlery and glasses in the restaurant. Of course, the hotel has its advantages: a good location in a quiet place and close to the beach, a great view from the terraces to the beach, a willing team to help. It is a good hotel for adults or families with large children. The travel agency sold us this location, but it was also adapted to small children, and this is certainly not the case. And we have a comparison from a previous stay in another region of Bulgaria in a hotel of another chain, where at a similar price the level of comfort and adaptation to the needs of young children was much higher.
The hotel is amazing. Good for relaxing and for businesses. Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is top quality. You get the best beach service at the cocept bar from Dug - he cares for you and knows everything about you. Even if you haven't told him 😁
