We stayed at this hotel for one week at the beginning of September as a family of three. We had booked several months in advance and were a little unsure about what to expect. However, from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay, we felt very comfortable and extremely well looked after. Our apartment was quite spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The double bed was very comfortable, and the central air conditioning worked very well and cooled the room quickly. One of the best features was the large balcony overlooking the swimming pools, which enjoyed sunshine throughout the day. The all-inclusive restaurant was very good. Every day there was a wide variety of different dishes, the quality of the food was very good, and there was always plenty available. Above all, the staff working in the restaurant were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. In the evenings, there was entertainment for children, followed by shows or live singers for adults, which was a nice way to enjoy the evening without having to leave the hotel. The swimming pool was also very well maintained and hygienic. In fact, one of the things that impressed me most about the hotel in general was the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. Alcúdia Beach is nearby, and if you want to visit Playa de Muro, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the area. We had a very pleasant experience, and in my opinion, it offers excellent value for money.
This is a difficult one to review. The rooms are large, well appointed and clean. The food is very good quality but the choice is fairly limited. Pool was lovely and warm and there are plenty of beds so yiu don't need to get up too early to grab some but most will be taken by 9am. Location would be good for most 10 minutes to beach, 20 to the strip one way and 20 mins to port the other. Unfortunately this is described as an accessible hotel, it seems to have all the boxes ticked but if you actually use a wheel chair which my wife does, it really isn't very good. We stayed in accessible room 001 ground floor next to pool toilets so could hear them flushing all day of in room for a siesta(not a major issue but worth noting) It had a shower seat which would have been great if it hadn't fallen off the wall while my wife was using it causing significant bruising and more importantly causing my wife to be very anxious the rest of the holiday and to be honest really meant she struggled to enjoy it. The staff were very apologetic and brought a new shower seat that was free standing and even left us a fruit platter and bottle of wine. A nice gesture which was appreciated but the damage was done. Next, although the room was an accessible one on the ground floor, there was a steep and windy ramp up to the corridor through a door which was only just hidden enough for a manual wheelchair as long as I was pushing.. if my wife tried to push herself the she would catch her fingers on the door frame. This was the same fore the door to the apartment. Things that can be fixed but just make things difficult. Lastly on to the resort which the hotel has no controll over, most of the drop kerbs in the area still have a significant step so make using a wheelchair very difficult and uncomfortable. I know this isn't the hotel but as it's advertised as accessible it is a problem and maybe they need to reconsider if they really are suitable for wheelchair users. On a positive the staff were lovely and this hotel would be great for most people especially families as long as you don't mind a short walk to the beach/port/strip which i am sure most don't.
The location is great and the rooms are ok. The first night my pillow had unknown makeup stains. Another problem with the room was the walls u can absolutely hear everything for the price is nice it’s pretty cheap compared to other hotels around the same area but if you don’t like kids do not stay here you can hear all the crying, screaming and everything. And in the pool most kids are well behaved but some are just ruining the pool for everyone else. The service of the hotel was nice and also the maids. The beds are very uncomfortable and you just get one small pillow averall I would not say this is a 4 star hotel the location is great but I don’t think that’s enough reason for it being 4 stars. More like 3 stars.
Not a great experience, especially with a 10-month-old baby We spent one week at this hotel and unfortunately had more negative than positive experiences. - The kids’ pool was freezing cold, despite being one of the main reasons we chose this resort - Sunbed reserving is allowed and not managed – even before the pool opened, all beds were already taken with towels - If you have dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten or dairy intolerance), options are extremely limited. Even steamed vegetables were often covered in creamy sauces. So you ended up eating mostly grilled chicken or fish (sometimes undercooked) with fries for a week....so you rightly feel that half board is a waste of money - The luggage room operates on a trust basis with no control – people can walk in and out freely - Service lacked a “go the extra mile” attitude. The general feeling was “this is Mallorca, it is what it is.” - Double beds are made of two single beds pushed together, which separate during the night - Ants quickly appear in the room or terrace if any food is dropped - There was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom Our last morning summed it up: we were given incorrect information by the reception about early breakfast and ended up in an uncomfortable situation, having to argue for something we had already paid for We left with a very bad overall impression.
This is a very nice hotel, but not cheap (at least for us). We paid about 300 per night and it didn’t include breakfast. They do have a nice pool area that’s great for the kids though.
