Hotel Havana is a very beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The swimming pool area is excellent — the pool is large and pleasantly refreshing, and there is also a separate pool for children. There is a separate poolside bar offering snacks and drinks, which makes relaxing by the pool very convenient. We stayed with an all-inclusive package, and everything worked smoothly. The service, facilities, and overall experience were very good. A great place for a relaxing holiday, also suitable for families with children.
The low rating is mainly due to the food. The quality is far below what you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel. Most of the food is highly processed, and the meat is absolutely horrible and inedible. Today, for example, we were served what looked like burger patties with a disgusting taste. There is nowhere near the variety that other reviews mention. The buffet starts with a large selection of vegetables and salads, followed by a few pizza slices, and then only 5–6 main dishes, most of which are potato-based. The pasta is served with either plain tomato sauce from a jar or carbonara sauce. The soups contain a lot of oil and have no flavor. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. Another issue is the elevators. There are only three in the entire hotel (two very small ones that fit only two people and one larger elevator for six), which is simply not enough considering the number of rooms the hotel has.
Best hotel. The food selection is huge, and even outside of meal times you can get ice cream, waffles, and cocktails. Perfect. Although the location is almost at the end of the line, the price is reasonable, and I don't mind walking. The pool is quite large and cool, there is a place with water cannons and a playground. There was a situation where they locked the card in the room, but they helped us open it without any problems. We arrived at 6:00 a.m., left our bags at the hotel, and went to the beach. We were supposed to check in at 2:00 p.m., but they gave us our bracelets much earlier, so we were able to go to the pool and have lunch. Overall, we really liked it, and for the price, it was perfect. Recomended.
The Havana Hotel is a large, well-maintained hotel with a lot to offer. It's especially great for families as it provides plenty of activities and facilities for children. The food selection and quality were excellent throughout our stay. The service and overall atmosphere were wonderful, making it a truly pleasant experience. A couple of minor things to be aware of: Parking can be difficult to find near the hotel. The beach is not directly adjacent, and getting to it involves a fair amount of stairs. Despite the slight inconvenience regarding parking and beach access, the hotel offers fantastic value, great service, and amenities. It is a wonderful hotel and I would happily recommend it!
This is not the first time I’ve come, but once again I was very satisfied with the experience I had. The rooms look exactly like in the pictures, they are clean and recently renovated. Everything was just as a vacation should be. The food was very good, varied, and fresh. We had sea view rooms, which I confidently recommend, especially on a higher floor.
