Everything about this hotel has been absolutely outstanding. Great facilities, wonderful food and outstanding service. The staff absolutely make this place - and they strike the perfect balance between being attentive without being intrusive, there when you need them. The rooms are on the small side but perfect for what most need. Use hotel gyms alot when holidaying and found it difficult to see in advance of arriving what this one provided - as most are the equipment range is quite limited in terms of resistance training - a bench, dumbbells and kettlebells (upto 20kg), an Olympic bar (with some plates) and various pulley machines (chest press, lat pulldown and tricep push down. All is well maintained. In terms of cardio - 2 running machines, 1 cross trainer and about a dozen spin bikes. All in all, an excellent experience and one we’ll certainly consider again in the future.
Everything was more wonderful, the hotel grounds, the location.. the food was delicious, the beaches as well (even if small) and the staff was always friendly and nice. Gustavo went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I especially enjoyed the gardens beside the pool area and the beaches. They care a lot about sustainability, in fact there is a filtered fresh water station on every floor, which we found great and super helpful, and recycle bins everywhere. Literally the only issue we had was with the A/C placement in the rooms, which was directly above the bed and so in front of our faces :( but apart from that everything was really good ❤️ we will be back for sure
Gorgeous modern hotel with stunning interior. We had room 429 for three people, would highly recommend this room to anyone, so spacious with the best sea and pool view. All of the buffet food was gorgeous, particularly the pork tacos at lunch time. We had a medical incident and due to an overnight stay in the hospital we were unable to check out at the correct time, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating and ensured we did not need to worry about it. Will definitely be back to this hotel, thank you to all of the staff especially for your kindness at the end of our holiday!
What an incredible disappointment. I genuinely have no idea how this place manages to present itself as a quality hotel. The food was some of the worst I have experienced in a hotel restaurant. The meat was so tough it felt like a workout just trying to cut it. The fish smelled unpleasant and tasted far from fresh. Every meal seemed to answer the question: “How low can expectations go?” Breakfast was equally depressing. The eggs appeared to have been sitting around long before reaching the plate, completely defeating the purpose of a freshly prepared breakfast. Everything felt mass-produced, tired, and lacking any care. The service matched the food. Staff often looked annoyed that guests existed, and any attempt to discuss concerns felt like an inconvenience. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were interrupting their day. For a hotel that aims to offer a premium experience, the gap between marketing and reality is astonishing. This was not just below expectations—it was a masterclass in how to disappoint guests at every opportunity. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality food, attentive service, or value for money. There are far better options available.
Be aware that access to the rooftop pool is only available if you pay for the Star Prestige upgrade (an additional €180 per night). The rooftop pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so this was quite disappointing. The room was very small and overlooked a building site. We requested a room change and were moved to one with a different view, which was appreciated, but it was still quite small. The hotel is in a very isolated location, with virtually nothing nearby apart from a small shop. You’ll need to rely on taxis to get anywhere, it’s about 10–15 minutes to Santa Eulària and 30-40 minutes to Ibiza Old Town. There are a few small beaches with crystal-clear water, but they involve a steep descent to access. The food was okay but nothing special, and it became quite repetitive. The paella was uneatable, the grilled chicken was undercooked. That said, there was always something available to eat. Drinks are not included with the evening meal, you have to pay extra even for water or juice. The room had an old TV with no smart features, offering mainly Spanish and German channels, plus only two BBC channels. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Slovakian blonde girl in the canteen and Abrahim. The only annoying aspect was the waiting staff, they would take your plate as soon as you put your cutlery down for a moment and kept asking, “Finished? Finished?” Overall, we wouldn’t return due to the location and the small room sizes, as we expected a better experience.
