IC Hotels Santai Family Resort – All Inclusive

We had a very lovely and relaxing stay at the IC Santai Family Resort. We spent one week here, and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a great place to switch off and relax. The pool and beach area were beautiful, and we were also very happy with the food and drinks. Everything was well taken care of, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort. The staff was also very friendly and always did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was also very nice and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the Pilates class, which took place every day at 2:30 PM during our stay. It’s a beginner-friendly class, but at the same time, it gives you a really great sense of body awareness and leaves you feeling great afterwards. The class takes place almost directly by the beach, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The instructor did a fantastic job. With her sweet and lovely personality, she made the class even more fun and enjoyable. It was really perfect for anyone who wants to do something good for their body and stay a little active during their holiday without doing anything too intense. We also played tennis and went to the gym a few times. Having these options available was a great way to stay active and provided a really nice balance to relaxing and enjoying the food :) Overall, we had a fantastic week at IC Santai and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty of opportunities for activities and entertainment.

Me , my husband and my 10 month old baby stayed at this resort for a week and honestly we had the best time ever! My 10 month old enjoyed every moment and had lots of laughs. The service from staff is outstanding! It is the best service we have ever recieved from a 5* hotel, they are very attentive and helpful with your child. Plenty of high chairs and purees available. The kids club is perfect for kids and babies keeps them entertained. The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is cleaned to a very good standard. The turkish bath was very nice too. Plenty of pools too. Lots of variety for food and drinks. I would for sure come back again. The entertainment was great too we enjoyed all the shows thought the performers were very professional. There is a bus stop just outside the resort that charge 1 euro for getting to attractions such as land of legends. This resort has everything you need if travelling with kids. But amongst all the service from the staff was brilliant - that would make from this hotel a 7* compared to 5*. The only negative i would add is the food in the kids section is too hard. Please can you make the food softer so it breaks between your fingers as its not suitable for babies or small kids. Thank you for giving us a brilliant experience :)

Great all inclusive hotel with good value! We enjoyed our stay, just the weather was a bit cloudy and windy! But the service was great! And also very clean hotel! Staffs are friendly! And there are a lot of kids activities! Really recommend if you have small kids! Food was also good!

Excellent Family Resort with a Few Areas for Improvement: We had a wonderful family holiday at this resort. The entire concept is very well thought out and clearly designed with families and young children in mind. The kids’ club, pools, and entertainment program were excellent, and we especially appreciated the many family-friendly details such as complimentary swim diapers, baby food, and water stations throughout the resort. The food selection was outstanding, with great variety and quality. The beach is beautiful, the children’s pool areas are fantastic, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring towards children. A special highlight was the opportunity to have professional family photos taken there. The photographers do a great job and the results are beautiful memories of the holiday. On the downside, the standard rooms can feel a bit inconvenient when travelling with a baby or toddler, especially during busy periods when the elevators are crowded and getting around with a stroller takes longer. We would recommend upgrading to a room in the Swim-Up area upon arrival. While the photo shoot itself was excellent, negotiating and discussing photo packages and prices with the photography team was unfortunately frustrating, and unnecessarily stressful. Another area that needs improvement is the beach restroom. As it is the main toilet facility for beach guests, it should be cleaned much more frequently. With many families and children using it throughout the day, it was often dirty, not properly flushed, and below the standard maintained in the rest of the resort. We were also surprised that despite offering more than 20 different ice cream flavors, there was not a single lactose-free option available, such as a fruit sorbet. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for families, and despite these minor issues, we would happily return.

Great hotel for families with kids. 2 adults and 2 kids. At arrival, had only 3 beds. Reception had one portable added. The room was not large, but you dont spend much time there anyway. Overall, they thought pretty much about everything for the kids. Mine were super excited and it fully met all expectations. If your accomodation faces to the pool, you have a sea view, but hear music. If you face to the back, you may hear generator which was running often due to unreliable electricity supply in the area. Resort itself is large. In the mornings, people block the sunbeds. In the afternoon, not as much. One section has a great sun blocking sheets. Not the regular small umbrellas, but large sheets. Excellent. For sea, it is anyway mostly morning till 11 and then since 16 to avoid burning. The inside pool with resting room and hamam is also great. Not much visited. Great for peak sun hours. Food fine. Surprisingly, good selection of music as well as other program. The resort is largely visited by Russians who can be sometimes rude, but they were fine.
