Good value, quiet hotel. Friendly staff, always found a table easily for food and sunbeds. Not much to do in evenings but only a short walk to beach bars, restaurants and shops.
We absolutely loved our holiday at illusion Markus & Spa. We cannot fault it . For a 3 star hotel with an all inclusive package holiday you get what you pay for here. Rooms were cleaned everyday and a good variety of food. Perfect location so close to beach and all shops and restaurants in Can Picafort. Would like to give a shout out to staff members Pepe and Leti, they were both very helpful in booking excursions with no frills excursions , and they made sure that we got a gift back from the Drach caves excursion which we had left on the bus on way back so thank you to them . Pick up point for all no thrills excursions are literally just across the street . We got what we wanted from this hotel and would recommend it to others .
Nice place to stay, rooms have balconies. A good selection of food, fully inclusive. The staff are very friendly and always on hand. Small pool for kids, nice pool for adults and older kids plus gym, sauna and spa.
Nearly didn’t bother to review this hotel as all the other positive reviews aren’t wrong. So at the risk of repeating others, very nice hotel, efficient and friendly staff throughout, clean and comfortable, good food and drinks. Nothing negative from me.
on higher levels the wind is screaming like crazy, often inpossible to sleep at night. busy street next door, 24/7 traffic food kinda boring, poor selection old and outdated in general
